I can't say I've noticed any difference since purchasing and using this mat for a month or so now. Annoyingly, they asked for a review and when it was ambivalent, promptly deleted it. Let's see if this review also disappears.

Such a great quality item which feels luxurious to use. It is comfortable and stylish, meaning not only does it look amazing on my desk, it also has a soft and comfortable feel which means I don’t get pain in my wrists while working. It came amazingly well packaged and has been a dream to set up and use. I certainly feel more energised and happier while working with my Vitamin G desk mat.

I have to admit, I was pretty sceptical about the grounding desk mat at first. I mean, how could a little mat on my desk really make a difference to my health and wellbeing? But after using it every day for a week, I can honestly say that I'm a believer. I noticed a real improvement in my mood and concentration - I felt more focused and less stressed. And even my sleep improved, which was a huge surprise to me. The best part? It's incredibly easy to use. Just pop it on your desk and you're good to go. I’ve used grounding products for a few years now and swear by the benefits of being grounded, whether that’s better concentration, lower anxiety, better sleep to name but a few - this Revive.me grounding desk mat is great. It’s easier having your hands grounded rather than feet as I find with the feet mats you don’t always touch the mat whereas with the desk mat I find I’m grounded more often. Cool product, cool brand - and does what it says on the tin. Would recommend :)
