I applied for one of their job placement programs, a significant opportunity I was very excited about, but I've been left completely in the dark. A major issue from the outset was the absence of clear application criteria, making it difficult to understand what was truly expected or how my application would be assessed.

Compounding this, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of my application since I submitted it. This lack of responsiveness is concerning and suggests a significant oversight in their applicant management process. Without any contact or indication of where my application stands, it feels as though they're not paying adequate attention to candidates. This experience has unfortunately diminished my initial excitement and raised questions about their overall professionalism and respect for applicants' time.

Overall, my experience at Revolent was great. A few teething problems at the start with potential redundancies and people from cohorts being let go, but this was resolved. Had a two year placement with an amazing client and gained lots of valuable experience on end to end projects. Big shout out to both Johanna and Yvonne from the UK company, for being so helpful along the way.

Revolent has provided us with great resources who have helped us deliver services to our customers. Some resources have been proactive and focused on continually developing their capabilities. Through the journey Revolent staff have remained focused on ensuring the resources provided are supported and focused on providing outcomes.

Taylor has been a pleasure to work with especially as we transition 4 contractors to full time employees. The expectations were originally set and you delivered as promised. Looking forward to continued contributions from the transitioning Revolent contractors.

I recently completed a training program with Revolent, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and effectiveness of their services. As someone looking to transition into the tech industry, Revolent has provided me with excellent training and support.

The Salesforce curriculum provided by Revolent covers a lot of theory as well as practical application, enabling me to build my confidence. The instructor who I worked with was exceptional, always available to help and provided me with positive encouragement. Not everyone in my group managed to pass the training, however I was very impressed with Revolent's communication and management of the process.
Overall the support system at Revolent is exceptional. You are added to a community as soon as you join, which is managed by all the instructors with opportunities to win prizes and get all your questions answered on demand. It's clear the leadership team are committed to ensuring that all Revols succeed in their new roles. The community they've built fosters collaboration and networking, and they celebrate your success and achievements. The little things make a big difference and it's clear they want me to succeed.

Cross-training for Salesforce with a catch

I joined this company with the hope of transitioning into a career in Salesforce. They promised to provide me with cross-training in Salesforce, which was a big selling point for me. However, there was a catch: if I leave the company before completing two years, I'll have to pay a training fee of $30,000. This is a huge amount of money and it makes it difficult for me to leave the company even if I'm not happy with my job or if I find a better opportunity elsewhere.

The training itself was decent, but it wasn't as comprehensive as I had hoped. I felt that there were gaps in my knowledge and I had to do a lot of self-study to fill in the blanks. Also, the training was very specific to the company's needs and processes, so it wasn't as transferable to other companies as I had hoped.

The company culture is okay, but there's a lot of pressure to meet targets and deadlines. There's not a lot of flexibility in terms of work hours or work location, which can be challenging for people with families or other commitments.

Overall, I would say that this company is a decent option if you're looking to transition into Salesforce and you're willing to commit to staying for at least two years. However, if you're not sure that Salesforce is the right career path for you, or if you're looking for more flexibility and freedom, then this may not be the best option for you. Just be aware of the training fee if you decide to leave before two years.

They asked me to apply cloud programme and did interview 1 and asked to do presentation and after that no reply and nothing happened. They are just doing it for the purpose jot for hiring the talent. Avoid at any cost. Time wasters.

Applied for devops/cloud programme, after passing a technical test, I was advised to prepare presentation to explain what devops and Cloud is with as much info as possible. I did exactly that. They felt that I read too much into it as feedback a week later. I felt it kind of contradicts what they asked for, it is a shame that they base your skillset based on presentation skills only. Not what your actually applying for. Just my experience and hope it helps somebody else out when applying. Their loss I guess.

I worked for almost a month now, best company i have ever worked for. l cannot fault anything, great managers and clear goals.

How can this be a Scam??? Lol. I started to work in Revolent 2 months ago, and the company is Legit. I am happy so far.

Revolentgroup staff (more likely bots) approach software developers on Linkedin and offer a position of a Salesforce developer. The only requirement is to join the "salesforce developer learning program" run by Revolentgroup.

Avoid at any cost.
