I spent a decent amount of $ on a watch for a gift. Not only did the company send the watch out before having me confirm the proof they emailed me, but when I stated there was an issue with the engraving (it didn't even reflect the proof!), and asked to send another back for the watch, they just ignore me. Not at all happy with my experience and now I have a gift that I paid a lot of $ for that I'm not sure I want to give!

Good quality for a fair price. Nice you can make your own design. I like that the quality is quite heavy, not too heavy though, build quality high, nice sapphire glass.
Points for improvement in my opinion: I ordered an all black watch with black case and black steel bracelet. It would have been even nicer when also the caseback would have been black.
Beware of the crown you chose, they can be a bit too big, this is not completely clear when you design the watch, which in fact is a drawing.
Customer service and communication of Revolo: very very good. I am satisfied!

Founder and Management were very helpful with the shipment of my first REVOLO customized watch. After receiving it, was so pleased, I configured another one which looked completely different than my first one by selecting different components. Love that they have the quick release to change bracelet so I can mix my 4 bracelets with my 2 REVOLO watches!

After my jeweller noticed me on the Revolo watches I was surprised about the opportunities and offered quality.
I already have about 10 different watches and was seeking for something different, still affordable in relation to well known Swiss brands.
Starting on the website creating my own Revolo whereby you can build almost every part by chosing it from a menu it lead to ordering the result.
Immediately I received their notification with a picture of my watch. After appr. 1.5 weeks I already received my own and custom build revolo watch.
I must say, in perfect condition and a exact copy of the expected result. I choose the real Swiss made 26 jewels automatic and would like to advice you to do the same!

Didn't wear a watch for about 25 years. But since I got my own custom designed Revolo I wear it every day. It's a great and nice looking quality product, delivered in nice solid box. The guys of Revolo even gave me an extra sporty-looking leather strap. How cool is that!
