Don’t relay Revolt for any support if you fell in trap of frauds

Company like Revolt should not be allowed to deal financial of millions of people. They have just a bot customer service which keeps giving useless suggestions when you need support. They have no contact number which you can use in case you need help. I got trapped by the scammer to make a payment and I immediately contacted Revolt support since payment was in the pending status. No proper assistance was provided and I was told that since I authorised the payment they can’t do anything.
They don’t have process like established bank to safeguards vulnerable people in time of need.
Government should take some action to stop botch companies like Revolt to play with general public money.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
They ask for friends and family to be referred.
Never send the card out on time so you can never use the amount on time.They tell you to use the app instead whilst card on route and transactions never go through!!
Person never go their referral payment.
You CANNOT speak to anyone but on line and they are all rude!!
Make out they are all managers when you want to escalate!!
Then they carry out an investigation(make out they have)in a few hours and give you rubbish information

Don’t use this app. Not safe!

If i could I’d give no stars. Shocking. £195.73 left my revolt card by rbxgold (which I’ve never used) and they couldn’t do anything about it, made me feel like I was lying about not making the payment. Can’t get my money back.. I don’t recommend people use this app. It’s not safe at all.

I AM HELPING HER TO TO INVOLVE THE "FOS" AND ALSO COMPANIES HOUSE INCLUDIMG EMPLOYING A "NO WIN NO FEE LAWYER" NOTE|: THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST A YEAR. I won’t even go close to them anymore

Revolut is the worst… They decided to freeze all my assets for 1 day. And now they need another business day. So I’m left with no money over the weekend 😡. They are a disgrace for international banking service.

Awful Service….froze my Account without…

Awful Service….froze my Account without any notice & left me in a very vulnerable Position away from Home without any money or access to any money to get myself home. The said they was doing a routine Review. Disgusting service cant phone the company all on web chat.
The people wont tell you nothing even though i told them the position i was in. The knew i was on Disability welfare benefits as they get paid into my revolt account.
Left me for 7 days without a penny.
Then decided to close by account.

No idea why.. but i wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Scammers are using this bank to rob…

Scammers are using this bank to rob your funds hence why they keep asking people who trade to open an account for revolut, this is the worst bank that exists, there is no security and no protection for your money and the scammers know this, this evil bank will never refund you for your loss and is the worst bank I have ever been with, it's all nice and fancy when it allows you to pick and design your card and also have them metal cards, overall please do not bank with these useless thieves, the comments here are all true no word of lie, never open an account with them to transfer funds as scammers know this bank is weak and pathetic, also you can never get hold of them on the phones and an annoying women comes up on the automated then phone disconnects, this evil bank made me lose my money to a scammer and when I did a charge back they had refused it within minutes, also no warning signals or even a phone call from them regarding a potential scammer, couldn't be bothered to protect me and my money, useless useless bank !!!! Avoid at all costs !!!! Anyone who comments back from revolut regarding this comment can give me back my money first !!!

Most pathetic Company ever.. Revolt Motors

This has to be one of the most pathetic company ever in my life. I have booked a bike with Rs. 10,0000 as advance in Jan 22 and the delivery was promised by March 2022. However, to my utter dismay, I did not get any idea when the bike will be delivered till Jun 22. So I cancelled the order, and asked for refund.
Till today, I have not received any refund. all the people in call centre are non responsive / non responsible as they could not do anything but to forward the compalint to their finance department.
Somehow, I searched their VP-Finance's email id "sudhir[dot]jain[at]revoltmotors.com" and sent him lot of mails regarding refund status but to no avail.
I suggest you write mails on this email id for your refund.

I AM following up for my Revolt bike cancelation for past 3 months. Revolt team asked me to DM in FB. Repeatedly saying escalated my concern but I didn't receive REFUND OR RESPONSE FOR DM.

Their customer care is cheating conducting scam.

Stay away

Opened acc for using abroad on holiday with the wife.
All good at the beginning, transfered over £10 as a test run, worked.
So i went to order my physical card and start working out hiw much to transfer over for holday spending.

Since that moment of ordering the card i have had my acc put on hold, i cant transfer money or top up my card, i cant get hold of anyone to help, or verify my details, customer help on the chat have said nothing to me for 48hrs, 48 hrs and absolutley nothing.
What if this had happened while we were abroad, no money, no contact, no help.
Ashamed that i thought this was a good idea, stay away.

Disgusting company suspended my account after my bf got scammed. Not helpful now told my restricted account would be closed, I did nothing wrong and I've lost my money. Unhelpful, useless company don't waste time or money they don't care about their customers will be reporting to ombudsmen
