I hope in time I will like my shoes more. Right now they are so stiff they are hard to even keep on. In time I hope they soften up and get broken so they feel good on my sore feet. Don’t remember my past shoes so stiff.

I am a big fan of their reflexology shoes and have enjoyed 3 pairs of their Single Strap Reflexology Sandals over the years (the first two did split open / start to fall apart but after quite some time of holiday and home wear).

I thought this time I would get some Jura – Slip-On Mule Reflexology Slippers, MISTAKE I AM AFRAID. - The fur lining does not stay as lining but is gradually torn out of its housing and then sticks to your feet or comes out in wispy furry clumps. Sadly my bedroom carpet is blue so shows up the fur that has come off my foot onto it. Also one has to remove fluff from feet before putting them into bed.

What a shame as the slipper was exactly what I wanted and comfortable too but just leads to fluff being deposited everywhere around the house where I might have removed them from my feet.

Last minute decision and they got to Canada Christmas eve. My brother loves them took a few days to break in but us very happy with them.

Bought to replace an old pair of Kenkoh as a Christmas gift. The shoes themselves were fine, however they arrived in a tatty mismatched box which devalued the gift somewhat and made the shoes themselves feel like seconds / end of line. At £60 a pair I would have hoped for better packaging.

One thing had to be arranged regarding to my order and their customer service was very polite, very efficient.

The shoe did not work for me. I have a lot of foot pain and arch supports and slide ons make it worse, but customer service was great. Return was easy and efficient.

I have been always used acupressure slippers. Thanks to Revs, I can eventually use detachable insoles and apply them to different shoes.
A particular 'Thank you!' to Lisa from Customer Service, for dealing with my quirky questions. Prompt and courteous service, delivery, packaging. The insoles are great from the beginning: I can feel the blood stream flowing through my body at once (as result of it I am less tired). They improve your posture and your body feels lighter! Thank you Team!

I had an issue with my shoes and sent an email. I got a response on the first business day asking for more info. I replied with photos and had a second response within a couple hours that solved the problem. In today's world, excellent customer service is becoming more and more rare. I am grateful that Revs is doing it extremely well! Even with the shoe issue I had, I will shop Revs again because of this stellar experience. P.S. The customer service rep was Lisa, in case she gets special kudos for being mentioned by name!
