RewardEarn is a free get-paid-to (GPT) platform where you earn points by completing offers, playing games, testing apps, and taking surveys. You can redeem your points for PayPal, cryptocurrency, or gift cards. 100 points = $1, and there are no signup fees or purchases required. We've been operating since 2020. How RewardEarn works Advertisers pay us when users successfully complete their offers. We share a portion of that revenue with our users as points. We don't charge withdrawal fees, and we don't sell your personal data. Payouts and verification Some advertisers can reverse payments if an offer is later found to be duplicated, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. Because of this, larger withdrawals may be held until the advertiser's confirmation period has passed. Whenever a hold applies, we'll show the expected waiting time upfront so you know exactly what to expect. Smaller withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible. Our approach to fraud prevention We're continuously improving our anti-fraud systems. In the past, some legitimate users were incorrectly affected by automated security checks, and we recognize that those cases should have been handled better. Our philosophy is simple: fraud checks should only affect how quickly a payout is reviewed, never whether a legitimate user is allowed to use RewardEarn. If you believe your account was incorrectly flagged, contact us and we'll review it personally. Need help? You can reach us anytime at alex@rewardearn.com or join our Discord community. We also respond to reviews, including critical feedback, because we believe concerns deserve real answers.

Anyone know Rewardearn?

Anyone know anything about rewardearn.com? They emailed to say I'd signed up (I have not). None of the contact channels work - 'Chat with us' (not available) 'Reach out to us on Discord' - invite expired.
Scam?

Hi Su,

Thank you for taking the time to write this. Two of the three issues you raised were genuine problems, and you found them before we did.

The Discord invite had expired. We've replaced it with a new invite that doesn't expire. Our live chat was also down, and we're restoring that as well.

The signup email you received without signing up is the issue I want to investigate properly. Either our email system contacted an address it shouldn't have, or someone created an account using your email. Either way, that's our responsibility to fix.

If you could forward the email to alex@rewardearn.com, I'll trace exactly what happened, remove any account associated with your address if one exists, and personally confirm the outcome with you. If you'd rather not receive anything from us in the future, I can also suppress your email address so we never contact you again.

We're not a scam, but I completely understand why an expired Discord invite, unavailable live chat, and an unexpected email would make it look that way. That's on us to fix, not on you to give us the benefit of the doubt.

Thank you, and I think holding back that final star is completely fair.

Payout speed is the area we're focused on improving the most right now. Most delays come from the time our advertising partners take to confirm completed offers, but that's an explanation, not an excuse. Other platforms in this space manage to pay users much faster, and that's the standard we want to meet.

Our goal is to separate payouts into two paths: smaller rewards will be released immediately, while larger payouts will only wait for the specific network's confirmation period. We'll also show the expected payout timer upfront, so you'll always know what to expect instead of being left wondering.

If you're still using RewardEarn, I'd genuinely love to hear whether the experience feels faster in a month.

Hi Michael,

You had every right to be frustrated, and I owe you a direct answer. At the time, we didn't communicate properly, and that's on us.

You didn't do anything wrong. Our automated security systems mistakenly flagged some legitimate accounts at exactly the wrong time, often when points were being credited or when users tried to withdraw. That was a mistake on our end, and you weren't the only person affected.

We're rebuilding that system so that risk only affects how quickly a payout is reviewed, never whether someone is allowed to use RewardEarn. Reviewing a payment for potential fraud is reasonable. Removing an account simply for completing offers isn't.

If you're willing to give us the opportunity to make this right, reply here or email alex@rewardearn.com with the email address you used to sign up. I'll personally restore your account, recover your points where possible, and follow up with you directly.

If you've decided not to use RewardEarn again, I completely understand. Either way, we'll make sure your balance is handled fairly.

Banned after 1st offer

Kind of like the other review. I was banned instantly after doing my first offer after signing up. Haven't heard anything from support.

Edit: Alex. I did that over a year and a half ago. You never answered.

Hi Barbieab,

I'm sorry for what happened and for the lack of communication afterwards. We should have handled it much better.

The issue was caused by an automated security check that incorrectly removed some legitimate accounts around the first completed offer or the first withdrawal attempt. Those are the moments when real users are simply using the platform as intended, and our system got it wrong.

We're changing our approach so that a payment can be held for review if needed, but an account should never be removed simply for earning rewards. We're also making our security policies more transparent so users understand how the system works.

If you send the email address you used to sign up to alex@rewardearn.com, I'll personally review your account, reinstate it if applicable, and restore your balance. No hoops, no back and forth.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BAIT & SWITCH COMPANY!!

This is by far the worst rewards site out there. They make it seem like they're a great site thats active, but in reality it's just weak bots faking activity. They don't pay either! I worked so hard to complete a bunch of gaming offers and they started outright ignoring me and giving lame excuses. They banned me without letting me cash out. Alex isn't even a real person, he's an alias for the real crooks behind this site. Stick to the big guys like swagbucks, these guys are scam artists faking it to make it.

Hi Angel,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected account restrictions. Our system is designed to ensure the security and integrity of our platform, but occasionally, legitimate users may be flagged by mistake.

In your case, it appears that accessing the withdrawal options triggered an automatic security measure. This might have been due to various factors such as unusual activity patterns or a temporary glitch in the system. Rest assured, our team is actively reviewing the situation to ensure a swift resolution.

Please reach out at alex@rewardearn.com to see if there is any way we can clarify this particular issue for you.
