This really isn't bad the payout is short and offer many ways to get paid, it takes some time to reach to the payout depending on what method you use.
Edit: I feel they should increase the pay little on watching videos and more

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. Binance recently updated their minimum withdrawal fee for USDT (Tether) so we couldn't process withdrawals under $5 that was the reason for the refunding.
