We mainly purchase to have the ability to recycle cash and for cashflow, so whilst capital appreciation is not a critical part of our investment analysis it is something to factor in over time. On average, in Scotland, property prices are doubling every 10-12 years, so we expect our asset value to (at least) double during that period. As well as our own efforts to create more housing stock, we also educate others to do as we do, and help them along the journey, every step of the way.
