Customer service was amazing as I didn’t think it would get here in time. I looked at the tracking and it was in waiting for a week, I got a hold of rewind via email and they got back to me in a day and were great. Then I received the package earlier then I expected and the sweater was absolutely amazing, it looked just like it did online which doesn’t always happen! I would recommend these guys to everyone!

Sizes are WAY OFF. XL is HUGE
Item ZWNX22Y1 is HUGE. I've never had an XL shirt show up so over-sized. They're usually just right or maybe a little too small. This shirt literally hangs off of me like 2xl or 3xl would. It's a cool design, but I just wasted $40 on a shirt I can't wear.

Do NOT order from this company. 24 days of shipping!!!!. The item came to my state (GA) then off to New Jersey then back to GA. Completely missed the party that I had bought the shirt for.
In addition this shirt is CRAP. Just like others have said. It's not a sweat shirt, it's a thin thermal AT BEST.
The printing is pixalalted and ALMOST unrecognizable as to what it's supposed to be.
A complete waste of money and time!!!!
Again, BUYER BEWARE.
Edit: after company response. If your company is going to blame it on the courier, then for the price of your shirt ,that is clearly not worth it, go to the next level up shipping, what would that cost a company of your size? What an extra 2 or 3 bucks?

Great products, can’t complain
Although the sizes between two different sweatshirts I purchased were SLIGHTLY different (i believe due to different materials used), they both fit great and look almost exactly like what I saw pictured. The customer service was pretty good as they gave me a fast and thorough response to a shipping query I had. I am very satisfied with the products and I will most likely purchase from them again if I see a style I love.

I love my unique hoodie!! It is a thin fabric but it is soft and fuzzy on the inside. I was a little disappointed with the plastic zipper but it works so far. I haven't seen this fabric anywhere else!

I have purchased Rewindera shirts in the past and I have found their quality to be excellent. The print is nice and clear and just as advertised. The fit has always been on point and the size chart is pretty accurate. I have lost some weight so some shirts are a bit big. I recently purchased the vintage Christmas Hawaiian shirt and it's great in my new size of 2XL. I LOVE that this company lines up the graphics on the shirts correctly as advertised. In the future, I will purchase more Hawaiian shirts as I have 20+ shirts from Rewindera..hehe.

Why don't you respond to inquiries promptly and where is my other order?!?!
I made two orders on the same day. It took almost two weeks to get one of the orders delivered. The other order I can't get an answers as to why thay failed to deliver (since it was ordered on the same day, so I don't think my expectations to get both items on the same day is in any way unreasonable - especially for what I paid!) Responses to inquiries are not timely and they don't seem eager to please the customer at all. I spent the same amount of money on a pair of shoes recently and they got to me in 3 days! The lack of ability to send two orders placed on the same day (let's just call it one order and say they sent me half an order) at the same time with zero communication/explanation why makes me wonder what kind of Mickey Mouse operation I'm dealing with. There is no phine number or customer support chat! Either get me the other half of my order or refund me! Per what appears to be your protocol, I'll wait several.hours for a response.

Sent wrong item, refused to trade it.
I clicked on a beatles yellow submarine button up shirt in my Facebook newsfeed, and ordered it. A Futurama shirt showed up. I don't even like futurama. I looked and noticed that the beatles shirt was no longer on their site. Maybe a copyright issue? I emailed them and they replied saying that I had ordered the Futurama shirt, and wouldn't even trade it for something else that I actually liked. So here we are. You're just selling shirts, people. It's not like I even asked for a refund. Terrible service. And yeah, the print isn't the best.
