I ordered parts that were represented…
I ordered parts that were represented to be in stock. After I ordered them I received an email stating 16 weeks delivery time. I was able to find and receive parts from another supplier. I asked them to cancel order and was told that they could not cancel but parts would now be available in 3 weeks. They shipped the parts without regard to asking for cancelation even though it was within the 8 day stipulation. I will be refusing the shipment and have made a dispute with the credit card company.

You have placed order in our e-shop on March 6. The availability of the product was clearly noted „on request“. We've informed you of 16 weeks delivery time and waited for your response, if this is OK.
On March 8 we've placed binding order to the manufacturing plant, because we haven't got any reaction from your side.
On March 14 you've sent request to cancel the order, which was no more possible by that time. We've replied promptly, that cancelation is not possible, however we managed to shorten the delivery time to 3 weeks in the meantime.
Of course, we have a record of all our communications together, which we have provided to your bank for review.
We'll be glad if you give us another opportunity to demonstrate the quality of our services in the future.
