I bought these hearing aids at Costco about 2 years ago. They have never worked right. The sound is low. If I'm outside I cannot hear through them, especially when talking to someone or listening to music. Adjusting the volume makes little difference. They also do not block out background sounds when I'm listening to someone speak in a noisy place like a restaurant. Adjusting the direction doesn't help much. The worst thing about them is that the Bluetooth keeps cutting out of one or the other. I called Rexton support recently. The guy I spoke with admitted that their Bluetooth is weak. He referred me back to Costco, but they had previously referred me to tech support at Rexton! I expect the Bluetooth in my Rexton hearing aids to connect with my smartphone so I can hear phone calls, music, etc. I would never have bought these had I known how bad the Bluetooth is.

I purchased Rexton hearing instruments from Costco , Peoria, Arizona USA in 2015. I am in UK since 2019. I feel the hearing aid(battery operated) is not giving me optimal and desired result. Costco branch in UK undertook hearing test and informed me that here are loss in my hearing and recommended new hearing. Can my old hearing aid re-calibrated ? Please let me know as soon as possible for the next course of action.

I sent above message to their executives yet to receive response. Not recommended.
