We did everything we could throughout and maintained regular contact and as soon as it was apparent that there was a problem you were fully refunded, well ahead of the stated time frame and compensated for the inconvenience. As a new, small business we rely heavily on our high level of customer service being something that can set us apart from larger multinational companies and we are sorry you chose to take this route rather than respond to our multiple emails.
