Please steer well clear of this company. They don’t do any annual checks on any of their dealer installers. Something akin to the Wild West. When challenged they then absolve themselves when the brown stuff hits the fan. Keep well clear of this company.

I ordered windows for a new build house from a Reynaers distributor who subsequently went out of business after the windows were fitted. In the two years since fitting several of these windows have developed faults / leaks. Struggling to get any help from Reynaers - so beware the aftercare.

Bought 6 windows , a bifold door and a back door all in Matt black finish from a local Raynaers recommended retail partner. The interior finish on the windows and doors leaves a lot to be desired.£24,000 spent and not happy with them . The installation is fine , but the product is badly manufactured by the fabricator based in Essex. I was sold these windows as a premium product but the quality is questionable.Marks and scratches on the frames and internal beading, my advice is don't bother . Because they are black inside and my property faces east the windows are not in broad daylight, God knows how bad they'd look if they were .Don't know what I can do about the situation but I feel robbed.

I saw this company on an auditing video and I think the staff were a bit strange and off. What's so wrong with a member of the public showing an interest and ( legally ) filming their premises from public land? I am looking into buying some bitfold doors and have decided not to bother with Reynaer as their attitude was not for me. I hope the staff in Birmingham, UK and throughout the world learn that people showing an interest is a good thing and can lead to business.
