Very good service provided, i ahve used their services twice, great communication and advice, friendly very professional. Reports thorough, detailed and well formatted, i would 100% use their services again.

Me and my partner are purchasing an old victorian house. Before the inspection, we were concerned about what issues could come up and if we would be able to fully understand everything.

RFC handled everything extremly professionaly, and are extremly willing to walk you through everything. Even on a bank holiday!

I particularly enjoyed the fact they call you straight after inspection and give you a rundown. As well as answering any follow up questions once the report is through.

As a result we feel extremly confident in our purchase! We feel we know everything about the property.

RFC Surveying have been a fantastic company to deal with. Clear communication from inquiry through to survey feedback and report. I was kept up to date every step of the way. The pricing for a Level 2 survey was very competitive and the report is clear and easy to read. It provides great insight into the property I am buying and has made me feel more confident in understanding what needs to be done before and after legally committing to the property.

The experience from start to finish was very pleasant, professional and helpful. Straight away Ant helped me understand the differences between a level 2 and 3 survey and which would be most appropriate for the property whereas my experience with others seemed to attempt to push me to a level 3 regardless.

His professional service was extremely well priced and before I'd even agreed to use him he was looking up the property and providing me insight and information on what exists in terms of planning etc.

Once the survey had been completed we got a call the same day and he ran me through what he reviewed. The best part about Ant's service was the report. My wife and I are familiar with technical documents and this was very easy to read with all the information clearly laid out. Further more was happy to answer questions on the parts we wanted a quick debrief on.

Antony was great to deal with. He sent out an example report with his competitive costings straight away. His work was detailed and accurate but the best bit was the very simple explanations in the phone call after the survey. COULD NOT RECCOMEND MORE!!!

Gave very good telephone feedback following the survey. The survey was very thorough and everything we asked for was checked and photographed.

RFC went above and beyond ro help and give me as much information as possible. I 100% recomend them
