Find an alternative supplier
I placed an order. Perhaps ten days later I used the website "contact us" to enquire where my order was, no answer. A few days later, so perhaps two weeks post my order, I texted and emailed - again no answer. I completed a case enquiry via PayPal who wrote yesterday saying they had a refund for me, so this morning I signed in to check and RFIDcloaked cancelled the refund. I see in my emails " Julian " wrote to me apologising two days before my refund, citing him being out of the country and his colleague being sick. Utter rubbish - there are only a few items on this site and it would take seconds to list them as " temporarily unavailable". As for cancelling a refund, that is something they have done before as they know refiling a closed case to PayPal is tricky, luckily for me I happened on a PayPal employee who has met this before and I have my refund.
My advice - use another supplier for what you need
