Very good displays. Helpful staff. But be careful if you decide on Caramel Buff Porcelain. RF's two displays of this are very different, but we still bought it - and whilst what we bought looks very good now it's down, it is much lighter than the two displays we saw at RF.

With the porcelain, they often come in shade batches that can vary on productions. This is why at our HQ we try to show as many displays as possible to show you the variation. The reason the two displays are different is that one is vertical and one is on the floor. When the product is laid on the floor, due to lighting this can vary the colour a lot which is why we show both. Also lighting in your garden depending on how exposed it is or if there are shades created, this again can also change.
Its nice to hear that the product looks very good now its down though and that the staff were very helpful.

Showstopper of a garden!
Me and my husband visited RF paving after my dad got his garden flags from there. We went for the aged kandala grey porcelain flags and couldn’t be happier. We ordered the flags to come for a set date, they arrived on time and at the time stated. The flags look amazing down and we’ve received endless compliments and just couldn’t be happier. We had a few flags left over and have returned these to RF paving for a refund minus a restocking charge. Great service, would recommend to anyone looking to build an amazing garden!

Amazing
Met RF paving at the home renovation show, we were looking for something different and straight away there porcelain slabs jumped straight out at me, not only that, the price was amazing and the slab we chose were so unique. The service from ordering to delivery was 10/10, will definitely be using RF paving again

A great business to deal with…
A great team with excellent communication and service ethics.
The products are of exceptional quality and well packaged for delivery. The delivery was made on time on a specific day and the driver was very helpful and polite plus he was equipped with a powered pallet truck for ease of movement of the 2 pallets.
RF are my preferred supplier and they haven’t let me down in any way through processing of quotes, placement of orders and final delivery. These guys are superb and will look after your needs.

I first came across RF paving at a trade show & straight away I was impressed with Lisa’s approachability, knowledge, help and friendliness. I then dealt with Craig whilst making my decision & ordering. Nothing was any bother, he sent me a huge box of samples to help guide me in the right direction & once the decision had been made he was always on hand to give very quick responses to any of my questions.my whole experience with RFpaving has been outstanding & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them & use them again

We have used RF for several home and garden projects in recent years. I visited for some additional supplies today and as always Craig was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He helped load the products into the car which made things much easier as I had my little boy with me. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had a problem, but they sorted it out it very well.
Purchased some Indian stone paving directly from RF Paving between Selby & Doncaster in March 2025. I found them to be very approachable, helpful and friendly, and price was reasonable. Despite reserving and labelling a project pack crate of stone, they managed to lose that selected crate in the time between my Order / payment and the delivery 6 weeks later. So the wrong pack was delivered initially. I understand this may have been due to staff illness. BUT, when alerted to the problem, RF were excellent in remedying the situation, although I had to drive a 70 mile round trip again to select a replacement crate. So, a sign of a good customer-aligned business, and I recommend RF Paving.

Above and Beyond
The service I received from RF Paving was excellent. They were extremely helpful, they took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me achieve my vision. Their recommendations were perfect considering my budget and did not pressure me into buy something I could not afford. The staff were all kind, friendly and went above and beyond any customer service. I had to call Craig a couple of times for reassurance and he was always calm and nothing was a bother at all. Absolutely fantastic service. Samples dropped fast, order delivered quickly, product great. Drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. Sales staff were quick in quoting and organising delivery. Had slight problem which was dealt with exceptionally fast, great customer service. Would like to thank Tom especially as he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
