It is the worst brand. Very unprofessional customer service. Product is delayed for 3 weeks now with no information on when I will receive it. Not even replying on email. Would not recommend this brand to anyone

Yogesh from customer service team was really helpful in sorting out technical glitch with razor pay. He actually went step ahead to recheck if things are for two consecutive months back to back . He not only solved the issue but also ensured the same issue should not come up. That’s what a 5/5 service should be like.

You can't improve anything because you don't want. I have ordered a bicycle and size was smaller so I returned that piece and it's been 14 days to picked up but refund not initiated. This is totally a fraud site. My payment has been stucked since last 14 days. And there is not any update about pick up since 14 days.

Deserve negative rating. Sent damaged product. Even after numerous complaints & video proofs, no action being taken by the company. Wasted 1000 bucks on a useless defective sipper. Customer service is worst. Harassed me with false information and hopes that they’ll create a reverse pickup & will send a replacement. Even after 3 months of continuous follow-ups, neither refund was issued nor replacement was sent.
Worst and fraudulent company. If you want to waste your hard earned money, go ahead & buy their products.

Best baby brand you can trust.. The diapers are heroes of the brand.it feels like soft feather like finish when you touch.best for your baby. when you try the diaper you can't switch to any other brand. Not only the diaper other products are also very good.

I bought a stroller for twins and trust me it has the worst build quality. Sometimes it feels it will just brake if i don't take care of it like a delicate relic. Starting with seat its the absolute basic, no extra comfort and softness for baby, it is hold by a single metal strip from downside. The tires are absolute shit. The shades which are given are complete joke, they hinders the movement of seat and the installation of the stroller is pretty pathetic and it is frustrating.

The softest diapers ever witnessed, no harsh elastic unlike other diapers!! Go for it

Very worst customer service. I have been contacting for the delivery for the past 3 days and no emails, messages or assurance were received. They are not ready to call the courier company and ask them to deliver. It is in my locations for the past 5 days. I still didn't receive the order. Since I'm using their Diapers I ordered before 13days as a backup. I didn't receive the product yet and I'm forced to use some other product which I really don't like.
