Great products and helpful customer service by phone. I ordered a brake lever guard from a 3rd party who supply R&G products. Sadly it didn’t fit correctly. The seller advised me to speak with R&G who have sent out a different bolt which should hopefully rectify the issue. Great service by phone and other R&G products I’ve owned have been great.

I contacted Scott in customer services, as I had a damaged bar end protector, to see if I could buy the nylon end cap, rather than having to buy a whole new set.
Scott was really helpful and sorted me out with replacements without fuss.....could have easily just said 'no sorry, you'll have to buy a new set', so was pleasantly surprised when they sent the parts I needed.
Definitely went above and beyond !

I bought R&G crash protectors for my Honda Grom. One set for the front fork bolt/nut and one set for the rear axle bolt/nut. I have to say I was appalled by the quality, or lack of it. These in my opinion should be around £15 a pair, not £40. Poorly made, poorly finished. They felt like cheap, nasty Chinese rubbish. As a long term biker I expected far more having seen the brand around for years.
Great customer support. I had an issue with a product and was contacted very quickly by a member of senior management at R&G and the issue was resolved quickly, satisfactorily and generously. I have no hesitation in recommending R&G for the quality of R&G products and their after-sales service

I reached out to R&G after some toerag nicked one of my shiny endcaps from my heated grips. I love my bike and seeing poor Betty without shiny bits was heartbreaking. I didn't expect much, half thought I'd need to buy a full new set and would have to pay to wait 3 weeks by a company that makes me want to scream into my helmet.
Instead I got Simon and Liam-absolute motorcycle part sending unicorns. Not only did they send me a pair of lovely new end caps but they didn't charge! No fee, no drama and no more twitching from me everytime I saw poor Betty with a cap missing. if these guys were a band I'd wait hours to get tix. The end caps came next day as promised and I didn't have to sell a kidney on ebay. Cheers lads, sterling work and massive thanks from Marie (me) and Betty (CMX500)

Bought this brought this for my Indian scout it was a little bit confused when I first got it because I wasn’t sure it would fit that well anyway spoke to customer services guy called Rob very very helpful guided me through what I needed to do and bingo, it’s all fitted nicely and looks great and also it’s going to protect my radiator. Highly recommended RG always deliver

I acquired a 'mean machine' recently (a mint-condition 2005 Buell XB12S, since you ask) and wanted some protection for it. I thought I may have a bit of a problem sorting stuff. In fact I did, until I found Rob and his mates at R&G racing via the inter-web thingy. Singularly helpful advice, bits identified and ordered, delivered to my door and on my bike with a matter of hours. And at a very fair price, too. Just the job for most likely all I will ever need. As I said at the time: 'this could be the start of a long and beautiful friendship'. Top stuff. Ta very much.

Ordered various parts from this firm on the 19/05/25. Order came about a week later. One item was missing, but the email from the company said the total order had been delivered. Sent a number of emails explaining this to the company & no reply. I rang the company a few days later & after a bit of discussion they held their hands up that the item hadn't been sent. The guy I talked to assured me it would be sent that day & with me in a few days. I'm still waiting for the item !
Stay well clear of this company there customer aftercare is terrible.

I returned from a short ride to discover I'd lost one of my headlight protectors. An email to R & G customer services and they agreed to send me a replacement set free of charge with no arguement or hassle what so ever. Absolutely superb afer sales service. Can't thank you enough.
