I have just returned the vehicle (small Mercedes van) after a six day hire.
The staff made the experience pleasurable from start to finish, cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy.
The vehicle was a pleasure to drive too. Started immediately, ran smoothly, clean and tidy and very economical on fuel. It was competitively priced too.
It is the first time I've enjoyed hiring a vehicle, the company was almost on my doorstep too so no need to park up my vehicle and leave it miles from home.
The company would now always be my go to choice. Thank you.

All you need in a van hire service
This was the second time we have moved my daughter into new accommodation whilst she has been at university in London, and the second time we used a RGM van to do it. The hiring and off-hire process has been easy, the vehicle tip top and the prices great. A great local service.

A+ SERVICE with honours
Moving day so hired a luton van
To cut a long story short we had an accident our fault which caused a big problem with the roll blind doors.
They were unbelievablely carm, helpful and understanding. They put us first the vehicle second.
Customer service was A+ with honours.... highly recommend this company and would 100%use them again if they let us lol.

Although these are not the closest van hire company to where we live, we would definitely use them again due to the great service offered.
