I was very impressed with level of customer service. Ordered two small wheels which did not arrive although tracking as delivered. RGS have a phone number which they answer promptly and Charlie calmly and speedily arranged a replacement and informed me of the new tracking information. The replacement arrived as scheduled. Very happy to recommend this company.

Emails ignored
Ordered some plastic caps which looked great and arrived quickly.
However after installing, the tops snapped off two within hours of installing. Messaged customer services to see if any help was available and my email just got ignored.
