I contacted Rhino remap (Bury) with genuine interest in a remap and asked a few questions over past couple of weeks to understand the process better. Initially, I was told to text rather than call, which I respected. However, when I tried to follow up, I was abruptly told to go somewhere else, as he doesn`t have time for me. I understand businesses can be busy, but customer service and communication are important especially for service like this.

Had a stage 2 on my Fiesta st and a full service Ryan and the lads at Rhino motors made a fantastic job would highly recommend this garage for any work needed many thanks

Emailed and confirmed a remap, got an email back so I presumed they was open. So I rang the number available and was answered by a very rude individual who told me to not ring again, not open until 09:30 look at the website and put the phone down. Need some manners and learn about customer service it was a common mistake.
I would AVOID

Have been using the team at Rhino for many years now and always found them to be fast, with an excellent standard of work and most of all, fair. I wont use anyone else.
