I ordered the IFAK Pro with some additional items (Celox and wound closures). As a former medical rep, who goes on walking holidays, I am aware that if the kit I keep in my car or take on holiday is needed, it won’t be for a sticky plaster. The Rhino IFAK has the sort of gear that might be used if I come across an accident whilst walking. Right tools for the right circumstances.

Order #1984 not received for over one month.

Ordered some medical items but did not recieve gloves.

A must have for experienced people who had a medical background. A very professional set (IFAK) with everything you will need in an emergency situation. The delivery was very fast 1 day. Thank you guys for that. I use it in my car and for hiking trips.

Have order a package a couple of times, high quality and very quick delivery. I have also earned a gift in a small competition and it was sent same day! Only the best!

The kit is great, it has everything i would need and i never leave the house to go out adventuring without it. They’re well packed and inside everything is organised. The cases are small with lots of contents so easy to take with you wherever you go. Very high quality! Highly recommended

I placed Order #1588 on 15/09/2025. After almost a month, I still have no shipping confirmation or tracking. I’ve contacted them via email, phone, and social media multiple times with no response at all. Based on this experience, I do not recommend purchasing here. I will update this review if I receive the product or a refund.

I have a home, a pet and a kit I carry on my walks from these guys. Kits always had everything I need and always packed in perfect cases stored safely. Kits even have contents I never thought I needed untill accident actually happened. Everything inside is at highest quality . I have used them for 2 years now and haven’t been disappointed once. Always recommend them to family and friends

I am a collaborator and regular consumer of the Rhino brand. I have been using this brand for a year in my job as a police officer and first responder health training and up to this day everything has been positive. I have never had one of the products I have used fail me and in addition to the fact that the bags are very complete, you have the possibility of purchasing various packs to refill.

I carry a Rhino Rescue IFAK on duty, and it has proven itself time and time again. The kit is well thought out, durable, and stocked with the essentials needed for real-world situations. I’ve personally used multiple items from their lineup, from simple bandaging to applying chest seals, and every product has worked exactly as intended under stress.

I placed an order. I received the goods even earlier than promised. The goods are really high quality, the set is rich. I recommend.
At first I was worried about the abundance of bad reviews, but I think they are fake or from competitors.

The pacakge didn't arrive, it was registered as delivered, but I have not yet seen it with my own eyes. It was a whole investigative process with UPS and the RhinoRescue had the audacity to lie about the conclusion of the UPS investigation. When confronted they went radio silent, ghosting my emails. To top it off I got an invoice from USP because they underpaid the postage..

Ordered the item in November. Never received it and I’m not able to get a refund through Amazon so I’m out $61. It was purchased on an HSA card that is no longer valid after 12/31. So thanks for stealing my money

Items not received in over a month. Have had no luck so far getting a refund. Correspondence has stopped. Seems to be a scam

Ordered kit and tourniquets 4 weeks ago. Still haven't received anything. Tracking info given shows it coming from China and arriving in the US but not delivered. Email response asked me to be patient two weeks ago. Still waiting. Plan to dispute the charge with Visa as a scam and request credit.

300 USD of goods still not arrived after weeks. This company appears to be a scam. They have no address and the phone number does not work. When they do respond to emails, which is not often, is just complete BS saying it’s in the post…. Be warned I would never use this company ever.

Ordered an IFAK pro more than two months ago. I have sent multible emails asking about when it'll arive but I still haven't recieved it yet. They now have started to ignore all of my emails so I can't even get in contact with anyone. Scammed out of 94 euros.

I gave them a go. I know, not a fan by design of China made and bought stuff. Had problems with other places not sending goods. These were mucho different. All good kit. And worthwhile quality basic outdoors first aid and trauma kit at great, often offer reduced unbeatable prices. I would definitely shop again hopefully with them in the future somewhen as funds personal permit me to.

They also impressed greatly in their developing new then website and social media posts, by interacting with their customers and new brand fans. Asking opinion of all interested upon new lines and kit specifications individual needs and wants. Result of them both asking and listening is they've now designed dedicated lines of outdoors quality medical kit around military needs as well as more basic outdoors specific use kits and individual items. Because of that they won my respect honestly. As a brand. It was nice they wanted to involve and listen to us older times ex field Army reserve infantry medics and others currently serving. All English language speakers in other various medical skills positions too. In the little chats I saw it was so within, I even managed to get updated some of my skills and knowledge even. All from others with the better updated medical skills training of today. Whereas my skills were learned in old Cold War times, a little outdated in practises. Interesting posts very often to their FB page like that I often saw and enjoyed. On trauma care for types of wounds and product applications.

I updated my kit basic to today's better specification with the brand, and at a fraction of the cost of US made med kit similar.

There were other good product lines they were launching too from dedicated medical combat vests idea patterns, to medical aid backpacks and all in between. Good casualty cover and carry emergency lift sheets and all sorts. For dealing with any combat related battlefield encountered scenario casualty treatment or evacuation. And or outdoors wilderness setting similar type emergency. Which though I served long ago I've maintained a keen interest all in. Especially wilderness outdoors application medicine. Even traditional barefoot doctoring backcountry medicine. For trying to stay up to date with useful pertinent knowledge. A family tradition kept alive for myself, as my late Uncle was a WW2 RAMC badged member of the LRDG unit in the desert war through from Tripolitania in modern day Libya in the Western Desert of North Africa to El Alamein battle in Egypt. Then serving with Montgomery on his staff till the war's end. Being demobbed finally in 1946. From Dunquerque or Dunkirk, in France through Italy campaign after the desert war. Then D Day Overlord and Market Garden airborne operations. He was my hero growing up as a kid.
