Ordered Wednesday 07th January
Stated 1-2 business days before dispatching.
Monday 12th January - received same item as gift from a friend. Order still not marked as dispatched. So submitted web form (which indicated 1 business day response time) to cancel my order.
Wednesday 14th January 04:53 - received email back stating ‘your order has shipped out already’ and stating IF there is any issues with the order upon receipt, they’ll assist with ‘a return according to our policy’.
Wednesday 14th January 09:26 - received email stating ‘Your parcel has been handed over to the local carrier!’
So rather than miss adding a little extra to their profits by cancelling the order, did they actually lie saying it had already dispatched… or was the threat of a cancellation just the reminder for the automated dispatch email five days after they informed it would be dispatched? Either way it prompted the order that hadn’t dispatched for 7 days (5days late according to their own guidelines), to suddenly be dispatched within 4.5hours according to the automated email that should have triggered earlier if it had already been dispatched.
This includes an attempt to discourage a return when received by mentioning it will only be if an issue with the order and in line with their terms - yet these are superseded by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. A dim view is taken with such messaging trying to make consumers believe they can’t request a return, refund (plus refund on any basic delivery charges) wether their own terms acknowledge it or not (*in most cases as per this one).
So now I have to waste my time and have the additional environmental impact of waiting to receive, then email the lying customer care team back, and shipping the return.
All because they chose to protect a £50.84 sale taking away from their profits over good service 😒
Not the kind of company you’d want to be involved with.
UPDATE - unbelievably after being called out for pressure tactics contradicting legislation and the now seemingly insincere apology below I had to reach out again to arrange a refund and they did the same!
contradicting The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 by pressuring me to 'agree to'... 'Ship out the return within 5 days.'
Regulations clearly state '(4) The consumer must send off the goods under paragraph (2)(a), or hand them over under paragraph (2)(b), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which the consumer informs the trader as required by regulation 32(2).'
Once again, a lack of ethics being allowed to lead to pressurising consumers like this is not excusable when regulations have been created to help them know how to behave reasonably and yet they decide to operate outside of legislation….
Honestly shocking the depths of poor behaviour this company repeatedly engages in dealing with the customers who’s money makes them??

This is my second case and I could not be more satisfied, my first one resisted all the falls, sometimes on sharp rocks, only left a couple of small marks, great stuff.
Cases are great but lead time is not clearly stated at best and lets be honest 3 weeks delivery for a phone case in 2025 its ridiculous an actual rhino could have walked it here by now!
I recently ordered a case for my phone and since the last time I ordered, the package took ages to be delivered, I figured it would be a good idea to pay extra for fast shipping. It's been almost two months since I ordered and still no sign from my package. DONT BUY FROM RHINOSHIELD!!!!

Th cases are very good and sturdy, I’m not worried about any damage to the phone while I have this case. In situations where cases lose grip before they were supposed to, thir warrenty team is very prompt and replacments are shiped fast.

I contacted Rhinoshield as I have not been happy with my last case (for iPhone 16 Pro), after being a customer for more than 8 years! (6 cases bought from them). The team reviewed my issue and sent for free a new replacement case (same model and colour). I am so glad as the new case has a design improvement that will resolve the issues I had with mine (I bought it just when the phone was released, so maybe too early design?). Big thanks to the whole team! Great support...

This is the third phone that I bought rino sheld mod nx cases for and every time the quality of the case get less every year. And what’s with the ugly black camera button you could have at least made it the same colour as the bumber , disappointing, won’t be buying again. Not worth the cost.

We bought two cases, both of them started falling apart within the first month, one lost the print on the back after the first week. We got replacements for both but the result was the same. I never dropped the phone or put it under any heavy stress, just normal daily use (we don't use any social media) but the 2nd case started disintegrating and bending as if I used it for 10 years. The print behind is half gone, the coating on the case is destroyed as if a cat clawed all over it, and the case is bent in U shape, it won't hold the phone anymore. This all happened in a month. Since then I stopped using the case and I will never buy from Rhinoshield again, they are just selling overpriced plastic. Shame because this was a gift from my wife and she was so happy.

The latest solidx solidsuit cases are a downgrade from the previous versions. They feel cheaper, have zero grip, and the buttons are looser. I much preferred the solidsuit sold for iPhone 15P from 2 years ago which had much better build quality and grip even though it was more difficult to get on the phone.
