HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Rhode left my parcel without my permission and then refused to resolve the issue. Rather than refunding me for goods I did not actually receive, they tried to force store credit or a replacement on me, as if that somehow fixes their failure.
Even after I explained that I am abroad for my grandmother’s funeral and unable to deal with a replacement or store credit due to emotional stress, they still showed no understanding and no compassion. Their responses felt dismissive, scripted, and completely lacking in care. It was like a bot was talking to me not a human.
The way this was handled has been unfair, stressful, and upsetting. Instead of taking accountability, they made the entire burden my problem.i have screenshots of the emails for proof. I expected professionalism and basic empathy, but received neither. Very disappointing company and an awful experience overall. What’s funny is that my friend (who is a white individual with a white name received a refund from them, however I have an ethnic name and I am a black individual). This is awful do not order from here.
I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case
I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case, and Rhode responded to my inquiry promptly. Unfortunately, once the order had been placed and processed, it was no longer possible to cancel or modify it. However, I was pleasantly surprised that Rhode issued a refund and allowed me to keep the incorrect item, even though I had intended to return it.
I absolutely love Rhode
I absolutely love Rhode. Pineapple cleanser, cleanses without stripping the skin. The barrier butter saved me from extremely dry skin. The glazing milk has become a staple in both my beauty and skin care routine. The blushes?? They blend like butter! Also the peptide lip treatment (I’m not a lip product girl) smells INCREDIBLE and just the expierence of applying it and smelling it it’s sensational. Customer service is excellent I once had a little issue with the bubble bag, in no time they responded and replaced it! 10 out 10

Rhode Skin is a splendid brand. It boasts an incredible aesthetic with revolutionary and very pleasant products. My order arrived within a good timeframe without any problems, and the packaging was very aesthetically pleasing. I was so happy !

I bought a lip product and after months it started to form grains in it. I emailed them about it and their answer was: Since you purchased longer than 2 months ago we can’t do anything. (???) so their product go bad and I have to just deal with it? Terrible costumer service!!

Fast refund process
I made a purchase which couldn't be delivered due to the awful spanish postal service and Canary Islands customs who tried to scam almos $40 dollars to deliver the package. So, unfortunately, I had to refuse it.
I asked Rhode for a refund minus shipping expenses (after all, it wasn't their fault) and they just gave me a full refund right away. So kudos to them

Quite literally the most diabolical shipping. Ordered 10 days ago. Said allow 6 days for shipping which I thought was crazy but ordered anyway. Order still in the US. No updates or sorry.
Items never received
Extremely disappointed because I never received the products (DHL).
The team offered to ship me a replacement instead of refunding me - but unfortunately I had no trust in the delivery.
They refused to issue a refund because the carrier marks the items as "delivered" (no proof other than tracking number...). I just lost 200$.

I had an unpleasant experience with this store. I placed an order with them for a small amount, order number #6673168. I was buying cosmetics for my girls, and it turned out that I chose the wrong products. Because of this, I wanted to return the order. It has been a month since the return, and the store's customer service is simply ignoring me; they are not responding to my emails. Be careful if you return their products, because you will end up like me, without your money.
Terrible experience. Rhode Skin customer service is completely delusional.
I placed my order on December 14th. It was shipped on time, and the delivery address was in Germany. Nowhere on their website does it clearly state that all inventory is shipped from the UK. Because of that, my order got stuck in customs — fine, that can happen.
However, my order only reached Germany on January 15th, even though the stated delivery time was 10–15 days. I tried to be understanding since it was the Christmas holiday period.
But what happened next made me seriously question whether they care about their customers at all.
From January 20th until early February, the tracking showed no movement. On February 4th, I contacted support again. They could not provide any real update — just said the item was “moving” and could not explain why it was so delayed. I accepted that because I still hoped it would arrive.
Then, on February 10th, the Rhode team contacted me saying the item had been returned to their warehouse and asked whether I wanted a refund or reshipment. I asked a very simple question: for EU customers, is the item shipped from the UK or from the EU? They ignored this question completely.
I then asked for a small 10% discount because the delivery was already two months late and again asked them to confirm where the item would be shipped from so I could provide the correct address.
They ignored all of my questions and replied: “Here is your refund, as you asked.”
Excuse me? I never asked for a refund. I only asked for clarification.
When I asked them to show me where I had requested a refund, they responded with: “No worries, the refund will be in your account in two days.”
Who is replying to these messages? A bot? Or someone who cannot properly understand English?
This is terrible service and complete disrespect toward customers. I waited two months for a Christmas gift — and all I got was an unwanted refund.
Thank you. I will never buy from you again, and I strongly advise others to be careful. They ignore questions and only reply with “no worries.”

I just wanted to share a little love for Rhode. I’ve been using the products properly for a while now and my skin has honestly never looked this fresh and hydrated. Everything feels really simple and easy to use, but the results speak for themselves my skin just looks healthier and more glowy overall.
What really stood out though was the customer service. They were so kind and quick to help me when I had an issue with my order and made the whole thing completely stress-free. It’s so nice when a brand actually looks after its customers as well as making great products.
Definitely a brand I’ll keep coming back to 🤍

Payment of 153 euros taken and refusal to assist with delivery error
I had a very disappointing experience with Rhode Skin’s customer service after spending 153 euros. Their website made an error and entered an incorrect delivery address even though I entered correct one it redirected shipment to other address so after 4 minutes of order I contacted Rhode immediately to ask for help. Despite the parcel still being packed in WAREHOUSE day after , they refused to initiate a recall or take any action, even after I explained that I do not live at the delivery address and am not the recipient at that location they really did not care and shipment was dispatched after day and after numerous requests. Contacted The carrier confirmed in writing that only the retailer can intervene in this situation. Rhode was informed of this and still chose not to help and sent me cold and dismissive response they cannot recall/stop shipment even though they can but do not want!
***PLEASE NOTE: there is NO telephone customer service or helpline, and all contact is limited to email to which they respond generically. Responses took a long time, and when they did arrive, they felt generic and dismissive, offering no practical assistance which made me so stressed.
I was repeatedly told to “contact PayPal,” which did not resolve the issue and simply delayed matters further. At no point did Rhode take responsibility or made a genuine effort to prevent the parcel from being delivered to the wrong address / a third party.
For a brand of this size and Hailey Beiber behind it, this level of customer support is unacceptable and shameful. I would strongly caution others: if anything goes wrong with your order, do not expect timely or helpful support. I feel so unpreciated as a customer. I lost all my respect for Hailey Beiber. Hailey B shame on you and your customer service!
