1 star for the ripoff. You pay 16.5 for a ticket and it doesn't guarantee you will on the destination on time. They often have issues with the trains. And the last experience with them: i was charged twice by their machine 1.5 months ago and still didn't get my refund despite several calls and emails. I do NOT recommend.
The price is a scandal. 17 euros for 20 minutes. You can rather take the bus 47 and then the streetcar T3 to go downtown, for 1.80 euros. This company is doomed to disappear!
