You ordered an adjustable ring, which of course is going to be thinner than our alternatives in order to allow it to mould around your finger and to allow the flexibility. If you were unhappy with the product, you had the opportunity to contact us and exchange the ring with a more suitable product. We would have been more than happy to help ensure you found a product to your liking if you had reached out.
