I worked for this company for a long period and, like the two other reviewers who wrote about not getting paid, I went through the same thing.

They make endless promises and follow through on almost none of them. Staying as long as I did was my own mistake, but the unpaid amount kept climbing and they kept promising to settle it, so I kept hoping. It never happened.

The worst part was how they treated people who wanted to leave. I was told I'd lose the money I was owed if I stopped showing up, or that I had to give a month's notice or forfeit my pay. They consistently used money they already owed as a threat to keep people working.

After I left, I talked to others in the same line of work. Not one had anything positive to say about them.

Consider this a fair warning. If you do work with them, put every agreement about payment in writing and keep records of everything.

Pathetic company with even more pathetic people. Our CV kettel broke, we called these guys. Over the phone was told only 45 EUR to come by, when the guys came over they instantly started talkin money, the bill went up to 400 EUR even before work started, luckily we were able to deduct 120 EUR of that. They stated a problem was with one of the pieces that direct the water flow, this piece was 350 EUR, which they conveniently ordered through their website. Stupid of my to trust them, but later on realized this part goes online from 100-200 EUR. Okay, not even the issue. When i asked, are they sure the problem will resolve if the part is fixed, the answer from them was "why are you asking stupid questions". Honestly speaking the hot water was later flowing, however the errors did not disappear and the CV kettel still kept malfunctioning. They said restart it and it should be okay. Well the problem did not stop. When trying to call them (for two weeks) every time you cannot speak directly to the people that came to the house. You are essentially left with uncapable person who knows nothing about your appointment and the only thing they say is "we will contact the guys and they will call back". They never call back.

Furthermore, the maintence guys took two of my tools (because the incapable technician was not able to screw a screw in so i gave him my tools to help), i didnt even think that they would take it with them. Understandably i thought it probably was a mistake and took it automatically, so i called again to the number and the same story "I will call them so they reach out to you and bring the tools" ... 2 Months have passed, no calls, no tools.

These guys do not care about you, they try easy fix with maximum money taken from you. Even basic human decency is absent and not even talking about my missing tools. Of course email explaining all this was sent to the office as well, no response. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate.
