I dealt with a superb - first class agent today - Alexander Lindley — RHS is very lucky to have him working for them. I personally always find dealing with documentation renewals etc quite stressful but Alex got me through all the questions and rewuirements to renew my policy in a friendly and confident manner — anyone reading this should feel confident that they will receive the highest level of customer service in the industry — and to boot the policy cover and price I received for my several classic bikes was excellent. Thank you all at RHS I’m very grateful.

With multiple classic bikes and cars including 3 modern bikes I thought after sticking with the same insurer for 8 years I could do better insuring the modern stuff with someone else . I was wrong. The service I received from Liam ,Thomas, and Charley at RH was superb. Very patient making lots of changes and always coming back to me as promised. Very rare these days . I would highly recommend RH to anyone that asks me , and I often do. Thank you guys .

I have held a RH policy covering all of my cars for many years. However, this year I needed to review my cover mainly because I am now retired.
The help I received from David and Charley was excellent and when the review was complete the cover was tailored to each of my cars. If you need a similar review I recommend contacting Charley or David.

Superb service of the kind you rarely (never) get from a call centre. Charley was professional, friendly and efficient. Quote was good too.

I've had policies with RH for some years. Dealt with David on substituting recently acquired car with existing car on the policy. Very helpful and made the whole process very straightforward.

Emma Airey the Head of RH is an absolute gem of a person to talk to about insuring your classic car and bikes. Just ask her about the cars she has owned and which is her favourite; then you know you are talking to a fellow Petrol Head.

I had a call from Jessica England today Re-my policy renewal and she was a pleasure to deal with on the phone.. I was concerned about the renewal price for my three classics as I have heard about the large increases in premiums, I was both surprised and pleased to renew on the spot as the premium offered was not as scary as I was expecting it to be...

Another year passes and another request for money, ho hum, still its a very pleasant experience dealing with Chelsea I was more than happy with the small increase in cost, I think it's been over 15 years of RH handling my car insurance, none of the other companies come close. *****

I dealt with Holly when insuring my fathers classic car, she shown genuine empathy towards the situation and was very patient. All my queries were answered in detail and everything was very clear! Everything was dealt with in a very timely manner and I will be recommending RH to family members due to the experience I had. All Customer Service representatives were very polite and helpful when taking my call also. Good job!

Have been with RH with my classic car for around 10 years now. Prices are always competitive, and service is excellent. Good, simple, inexpensive process for agreed values just completed.
