10 miles into a ride to Malden in Essex. 😒 the brand new clutch cable broke🤬
Had to be recovered👍not bad one and a half hours from first call back home drinking tea😁
Couldn't recommend RH Specialist vehicle insurance
enough now have all my vehicles insured with them😁

I have two vehicles insured through RH insurance. All my interactions with the team have been excellent, they are extremely efficient and courteous. I have used their breakdown service on several occasions and the response was exceptional. I received accurate information about when recovery would arrive and follow up calls to ensure attendance had taken place. This is refreshing old fashioned customer service which seems to have been lost in so many large businesses.

I have 3 classic bikes insured with RH Insurance they are super efficient and prices are excellent. You can phone them and your call is answered straight away and you actually speak to someone who knows what they're talking about and are always very helpful. You DON'T get "your call is important to us and you are now number 34 in the queue" !! this is a big plus for me as I haven't got the time or inclination to wait in a queue for hours on end.. Well done RH !!
