This care agency is very unorganized and unprofessional, if I had the option of giving it 0 rating I would. They do not treat their carers well or respect them despite the staff working extremely hard. The agency staff do not know how to communicate effectively with carers and there is always rota issues. They are causing their staff immense stress and threaten staff with no pay if mistakes are made. There was an incident some time ago, when my aunt had suddenly died due to an accident. A member of staff named Briges called my mum demanding to know why she was not at work (although, she had already informed the office of her absence). She explained the situation and that she was very upset. Instead of giving her sympathy or allowing her to mourn, Briges rudely replied 'that is not my problem'. I was so taken aback and shocked that I advised my mother to complain. She mentioned this to Shahena whom replied there has been various complaints about Briges (therefore, implying this is a regular occurrence and not an isolated incident). I am utterly shocked that someone like this is permitted to work for a care agency with this rude unprofessional attitude. I suggest staff should receive the appropriate training towards how to effectively communicate and learn people skills. Another member of staff by the name of Gitana behaves very bossily with carers, and has on countless occasions been rude and it is uncalled for. I cannot attest for all members of staff however, certain members of staff act in a very authoritative manner. Staff believe they can treat carers how they like. This may be because some carers English is not their first language and they may not know their employee rights. I would suggest to avoid this care agency at all costs! Also, if this type of behavior continues I will report it to CQC for bad management and unprofessional behavior towards employees.

They are the worst care providers to older people. Staff cannot seem to manage the rota and send different carers all the time and on top of that they do not even carry an ID badge with them and when asked the answer is "look at my rota on mobile". Timing of carers also change by as much as one hour at a time. The carers are not trained in hygiene and have to be reminded about this. Office staff are rude and need to learn to speak in English. They actively recruit staff from Bangladesh, India when they should be sourcing qualified, english speaking staff from UK in the first instance
