Won a small amount and withdrew the money. No money came in 2 weeks, so checked my account and it was locked.

Sent an email to their customer service team. No response.

Went on Live Chat and they had Locked my account wanting ID, but hadn’t communicated this.

Sent the requested ID. A week later and no response. Emailed for an update. No response.

Back to live chat who confirmed I’d sent an email ‘with no attachments’.
One day later the ID team confirmed this had attachments, but they needed extra ID, which they hadn’t told me.

Sent the further ID. Waited a week, no response.

Eventually got this sorted after months of waiting and an absolute lack of communication and customer service from Rialto. Money has since been withdrawn, but I have no desire to give them any further business after the terrible experience.

I’m being generous with one star. Appauling. I didn’t claim any bonuses I don’t like freebies. Nearly fell asleep played 10p spins nothing every spin. No free spins no bonus rounds on anything. I’d just joined went on loads of different games they were all the same. So sent email to close account. Steer clear of this site. If you’ve got sleep apnia well it’s good for that.

Please avoid this casino. Today I won £140, when I went to withdraw it, it had vanished. 40 minute conversation with a chat advisor and emailed them proof of my win. I have got to wait up to 15 working days to get the money back which is unacceptable.

honestly wasn't impressed at the start, joined because one affiliate site dropped me on a landing page showing 100 free spin no wager. Apparently that ended but for some reason they didn't remove this page, and initially forced me to accept their new welcome bonus which came with wager requirement. After talking to customer support over the phone (quite convenient I must say), they gave me the spins as per what the original TnC said. So I'm giving it 3 stars for site and 5 for CS, which averages at 4.

The worst online casino out there.
100% bonus plus 100 free spins as an opening offer. Had to chase the 100% bonus up, had to do this by a tedious long wait on the phone due the the live chat permanently down, non existent. Email automated reply stated they'd try to respond in 72 hours but can't be guaranteed, phone took 50mins of waiting. They sorted the 100 bonus eventually, although started with they couldn't even find my deposit, even though I'd wagered it. Next problem is the 100 spins(10 a day). This is the second day now I've had to chase them up to put them on, given up today, no live chat, no one answering calls, pointless sending an email as it'll probably be a week before I get an answer.
