No Customer Service :(
Unfortunately I’ve had a very similar experience to another user on here - first order was received perfectly - food was great and customer service came back to me immediately when I was late finishing work with an alternative pick up point.
I then made my next weeks order for 18th May on the website, was billed and order confirmed. I turned up to emirates arena and the receptionist had never heard of the meal prep company, no one from the company responded to various phone calls and texts. I eventually had to leave with no explanation as to what happened. No one contacted me again until I reached out, again, a week later and they stated my order was ready for pick up despite me having placed it for a week ago. I requested a refund which was agreed to via WhatsApp chat, and to date I’ve not received any communication or a single penny back yet. Constantly having to chase the money owed to me following a mistake with invoicing. I totally understand mistakes happen but the customer service and attention to detail is so incredibly poor. So sad as the food was really good the once I got it. Please consider this for future customers, Riba!
