What have you done to my favourite drink it's now full of artificial flavourings and sweeteners, it tastes disgusting. Apparently you changed the recipe last year to apparently improve it. It didn't need improving it was perfect the taste of childhood memories. It's more than likely made with cheaper ingredients and then charge a premium price. Yet another company scamming us.

Disgusting. Way too thin and so much artificial sweetener. Yuk! Please go back to your original recipe. I would gladly pay the difference to have my old favourite back!
Your sales must be dropping like a stone. Wake up and read the room.

Tried it again for the first time in about 10 years.
It's horrible, who ever said to change it needs to be sacked, because they are obviously working for your rivals

If you read the label it now contains actual poison. Tasted likes crap. Will never buy again used to be my favourite go to but will not ever give this to my children!

Horrible, totally horrible, bears no resemblance to the Ribena taste I used to love, leaves a horrible aftertaste in the mouth the original Ribena never did.
As soon as I opened the bottle and poured it I new something was off as this new Ribena is much thinner in consistency than the original and this was confirmed as soon as I diluted it with water and tasted it, absolutely horrible stuff and will never buy again.
Have the mamufacturer's ever heard of the saying if something isn't broke don't fix it ?, very obviously not, it's the same with their original Lucozade taste which they have absolutely ruined. Thoroughly disgusted with this company as they have ruined not just one but two of my all time favourite childhood drinks.

Just purchased Ribena where the blackcurrant content has been reduced to 25% from 30%. I feel that flavouring and perhaps artificial sweetener has been increased to compensate. In any case the taste has changed and to my palate is barely drinkable.

It’s a great product - I’ve been buying it for years. But appalling customer care.
I bought a bottle with a competition to win some board games. I didn’t expect to win…but was delighted that I did. As requested, I uploaded a copy of my receipt and shortly afterwards I received an email confirming verification and despatch of my trio of games. It said that I should contact them via the website if I hadn’t received the games within a few days.
They never arrived.
So I sent a message via their website contact page, but didn’t hear anything. Then I rang the telephone line and requested a call back (as this the only option), but didn’t receive a call. And finally, I messaged via their Facebook site.
They never responded.
I can understand that things go missing in the post occasionally…..but I cannot understand why none of my attempts to contact Ribena about this issue have been responded to.
This is yet another company that is trading on its previous good reputation. They no longer care.

At some point in the last few years, Ribena in the UK started putting artificial sweetener in their original Ribena cordial, much to my disgust. I recognised the taste straight away when I drank it. I have been drinking Ribena since I was a child and after 40 years, the taste of artificial sweetener is unmistakeable. I threw the entire bottle down the drain, and Ribena have lost a customer of 40 years.

I replaced it with cordial from Rocks and Belvoir which at the time of writing, only use Sugar and natural ingredients. They don't contain Stevia, which companies such as Fentiman's are now using to try and scam customers into thinking that the product is still natural.
