Wrong board and no reaction from company

The shipment was quick, but the sent mainboard was the wrong one for my television. I tried several times to contact the company (via the online form, but also by email), but no reaction at all.

La scheda non è sbaglaita ma è stata ordinata sbaglaita, che è diverso. Inoltre... Riportiamo il testo della mail di risposta inviata al cliente il giorno 11/03 alle ore 16,34 di cui conserviamo copia : "Buon pomeriggio, la scheda è stata ordinata errata. Quella ordinata è di un 55 pollici mentre il suo è un 50 pollici e le schede NON sono uguali.

Questo si evince dalla descrizione sulla scheda prodotto dove sono riportati (oltre alla foto corretta) il modello Tv e il modello del pannello LCD di provenienza.

Il reso NON è previsto, come ampiamente descritto sulle condizioni di vendita e nei popup che si aprono durante l'ordine, da clienti privati.

In via del tutto eccezionale può seguire le indicazioni sul nostro sito relative al "reso merci" tenga presente che NON saranno rimborsati i costi di spedizione e solo dopo un esame tecnico che ne stabilirà l'integrità la scheda sarà rimborsata decurtando un costo di restocking pari al 20 %. " Detto questo il cliente non è solo incompetente ma anche bugiardo perchè fare una recenzione ad una stella dopo essersi resi disponibili anche e soprattutto derogando dalle condizioni di vendita accettate e dai vari pop-up che scoraggiano chi non è di mestiere si traduce con una sola parola.... SCORRETTEZZA !!!

I recently gave them a 1 star review because I did not get my item. I mailed them and did not receive a reply. I have only found out via Trust Pilot that they have given me a refund. So I am pleased to change my review to 5 Stars

Gentile cliente,
il corriere ha deciso, senza specificare il motivo, di rispedire il pacco al mittente, nonostante l'idirizzo di destinazione fosse quello da lei indicato al momento dell'ordine.
Per chiudere la questione abbiamo provveduto all'intero rimborso del suo ordine comprese le spese di spedizione che comunque abbiamo pagato di tasca nostra, ma la sua valutazione da una stella ci sembra inadeguata.

Dear Customer,
the courier decided, without specifying the reason, to send the package back to the sender, even though the destination address was the one you indicated at the time of the order.
To close the matter we provided a full refund for his order including shipping costs which we paid out of our own pocket, but his one star rating seems inadequate to us.
