Experience order shipping

No communication op whatsapp, took 5 days to get it to gls ... if i did not receive a mail from gls i would know nothing ...

Expensive shipping for a shipping taking this long ...

The part i tried to order is available…

The part i tried to order is available on the website but when i tried to order i received an email stating that it was not available and that i would get a refund. I send about 3 emails in 2 weeks time trying to contact somebody for an alternative but there's no communication.
