Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that the packaging did not meet your expectations.

We always strive to select packaging that fits each product as well as possible. Our boxes are chosen based on the shipment sizes we send most frequently, which unfortunately means they don’t always fit every single product perfectly.

That said, this is something we continuously review. We regularly evaluate which products we ship and what type of box and protection they require, so we can improve where needed while also reducing unnecessary packaging. Your feedback is therefore very valuable to us and will be shared with our logistics team.

We’re very sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the delivery time and the communication. Due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday, our delivery times were unfortunately longer than usual, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

This is not the experience we want to give our customers, and we truly regret the frustration it has created. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve both our service and communication going forward.

We can see that you placed your order on 29/11, and the package was delivered on 8/12. On 3/12, you contacted us to ask when the package would be shipped, and we replied that it had just been packed and dispatched. On 5/12, you reached out again because you were unable to track the shipment on GLS as the tracking page was in Danish, and on 8/12 we guided you on how to change the language to English.

Normally, if no one is home when GLS comes by, they will deliver the parcel to the nearest GLS ParcelShop.
If you send us your order number at cs@ricebyrice.com, we’ll happily look into why GLS has chosen to deliver your package in another town this time – that does sound like a bit of a strange delivery service! 🚚💌
