Steph will get you sorted!!!

Been struggling to find all the components needed to make up a full exhaust system for my Shogun Pinin due to there being about 5 different configs depending on year. I rang up and Steph was cool calm and collected and within 10 mins I had all of the parts I needed in my basket ready to go. Fast delivery and even better value for great branded products. Can't wait to use these guys again!

If I could give less that one star I…

If I could give less that one star I would. Seller couldn’t give a monkeys about providing a decent service. I contacted the seller asking if I could have a speedy dispatch as I needed the item by a certain time. He made zero effort to achieve this and basically ignored all my communication

"Faulty DPF, Delayed Refund, and Poor Customer Service"



I purchased this DPF expecting a reliable replacement, but unfortunately, it became blocked in less than three weeks, despite being used primarily on motorways and covering over 1,000 miles. Given that a properly functioning DPF should last much longer under these conditions, it was clear that the product was defective.

I followed the correct process and requested a return. The seller initially provided a return label, and I promptly sent the item back. However, after three days of confirmed delivery, I still had not received a refund. eBay had to step in to resolve the issue and issue my refund directly.

Following this, the seller contacted me requesting additional information, including vehicle mileage details and garage contact information. However, the garage refused to provide this information without payment from the seller, which was not my responsibility as a customer. It felt like an unnecessary delay tactic rather than a genuine warranty process.

To make matters worse, after everything was settled, the seller had my honest feedback removed from eBay, which raises concerns about their transparency and how they handle negative experiences.

I would not recommend this seller based on my experience. The product failed quickly, the refund process was unnecessarily difficult, and their handling of feedback suggests they are more concerned with maintaining their rating than addressing genuine customer concerns.

Not even worth one star

Not even worth one star. Not interested in helping once they have your money. Worst experience I've ever had with a business. Giving me the runaround. Sent me an item ' not fit for purpose ' trying to put the onus for return ONTO ME.VERY,VERY, VERY, VERY slow to respond.

Absolutely shocking customer service as…

Absolutely shocking customer service as basically non existent communications, I have sent multiple messages over the past couple of weeks both via email and eBay whilst having made a purchase on eBay for an automotive item. None of which were replied too or acknowledged until I made a phone call and requested an update.

The item I purchased was showing as in stock, turns out it was not and to be fair the item arrived promptly after I had to call the vendor. However, if your going to be a large parts supplier you really need to keep on top of your website stock or at least let the buyer know that you do not have the item in stock, to leave them guessing after the due delivery date is not acceptable.

A bit confused who this company actually is, they list themselves as Rice Rocket UK on Google and their website but are listed as something else on ebay and registered with Companies house as JD Motorsport Ltd, not to be confused with JD Motorsport nr Cumbria who prepare Rally Cars. This company is a car parts supplier only and appears to have no association with Motorsport.

I have sent multiple communications to facilitate the action of a return and refund last week, for which no reply has been received. I then sent out the item by recorded delivery along with a letter requesting a refund last week to arrive today, for which it was signed for at 10:03hrs this morning, at which point I sent a further message asking for acknowledgement and 6 hours later I would have expected a reply even if only to say we are dealing with this for you!

Looking at the feedback on eBay this seems to be a common issue, no reply to messages etc etc.

This is unacceptable, as a company myself involved in sales and distribution of automotive goods there is no way I would just choose to ignore a customer. It takes 5 minutes to send a reply to a message, which puts the customer at peace of mind that their issue is being dealt with in a timely manner.

I will also be reporting this issue to Paypal/Ebay and await confirmation that a refund is being actioned for the item which has been returned.

JD Motorsport - Horrible customer service

I tried to deal with this store through eBay. I committed to an order for a sensor. Immediately after placing the order I tried to clarify some details regarding the order. The first mail did not get a response. The second mail did not get a response. The third mail did not get a response.

Because I never was able to communicate with JD Motorsport I didn't fulfill the payment for the order. Two weeks after my last attempt to contact JD Motorsport without success, and after I told them I didn't want to purchase this item anymore, they opened up a dispute for an unpaid item. This is extremely bad customer service and I feel obligated to warn potential customers of this bad practice.
