Greg & Andy came on time, worked very hard and finished the whole complex job well within the projected timeframe. They fitted an Air-Con system with 4 internal units - very neatly and cleanly, considering they were drilling through brick walls. Very pleased with the helpful engineers and the company.
Carbin Heating is a standout company, which is well run by super keen management. Their communications are extremely efficient, with jobs being scheduled by date and time of arrival, a rarity around here. Their friendly engineer has just serviced our 3 oil fired boilers quickly and efficiently for a one visit deal. They also send us a reminder every year when this is required, whilst most other local companies need to be contacted and cajoled by us for a regular maintenance visit. We first used Carbin for a flue replacement which another company quoted an exorbitant price and had to be chased repeatedly for a date to start the work. Carbin gave us a reasonable price, turned up when they said they would and did the repair perfectly in rapid short time – superb! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Our heating system went banana's on New Year's Eve, left a message with Carbins who got back to very quickly considering it was New Year. Explained what had happened and Mr Carbin said it sounded like a switch mechanism which proved to be correct. It was fitted promptly by Gregg, and all is well. Thoroughly recommend Carbins, you will not do better.
Fantastic team. They serviced our old boiler for some months then it got to the point were my wife and I went back to Richard Carbin's team spoke to Joe who gave us a good price for a new boiler. His team who we let have keys to the house (Well trustworthy guys) and they got on with installing and now we have a plush new Oil burner.
