The team at Richard Grafton have been an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. Our project was a master bedroom and dressing room, both of which were very badly planned. Vic and Catherine worked very hard to ensure that all our requirements were fulfilled with regard to soft furnishings and furniture and the results are just stunning. The whole experience has been seamless, as Richard promised it would be at the outset. Everyone of the team involved with our project, without exception, has been totally professional on every level, the work was carried out exactly as we were told it would be by Jess who is a brilliant Project Manager and they couldn't have been more helpful, totally exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work done by everyone is superb, particularly Bernard and his colleague Nick, who did all the cabinetry work. We are truly delighted with all aspects of the work and the end result is really beautiful. Thank you to all the team at Richard Grafton you have all done an amazing job and it has been a pleasure to work with you all.

Further to our installation and follow up checks , I must compliment John Drake and Ian the electrician not only on their efficiency and attention to detail in its installation but also on after service which has been impeccable .Top Guys .

Working with the team at Richard Grafton Interiors has been a great experience. My project involved turning an unattractive former garage into a sumptuous new lounge. The team's creativity and professionalism has helped create a beautiful room. From Karen's intuitive design for the furniture & curtains; through to Catherine's amazing design from the new cabinetry and finally the workmanship and project management, I could not be more delighted. I cannot recommend them highly enough

The team at Grafton were great. The planning phase came up with detailed drawings of a great design for our bathroom, which their team of trusted contactors turned into a reality.

The project was well managed, running on time and on budget; and the team of contractors were the best I have ever seen.

Quality in Materials and Workmanship. The team in Ilkley are fabulous from the Design Phase all the way through to Project Completion, we could not be happier.
The whole team were professional and courteous. Catherine & Eve nailed the design taking into account not only the space but our personal taste. Jess kept everything running like clockwork.
Mark and the guys were neat & tidy. We never came home to a tip. Most importantly they showed up when they said they were going to!
We have been so impressed that the team are now doing our Lounge and Kitchen as follow on projects.

RG didn't bother sending the samples for a master bedroom project. Despite being reminded after waiting for several weeks, and then promised they would be sent first thing the next day. Nothing arrived no follow up. No email. Nothing. Not a very reliable company.

So we went with John Lewis and an online boutique.

Saw a nice statue in the shop window, whilst visiting Harrogate. Unfortunately the shop was closed, so I went on line, found it on their website, ordered it and it was delivered in a few days.

I was replacing an item which had got broken over Christmas.

I ordered an item on the internet. It came very quickly and perfectly packaged.

Very easy instructions to follow when ordering items. Received all glassware in perfect condition. Would highly recommend

Richard, Catherine, and Jess designed and coordinated our new kitchen build to absolute perfection. Nothing was too much trouble for them and communication and organisation were faultless.
From the initial design consultation right through the process, we had top service, and the design ideas that the team came up with as well as the way they integrated our ideas was so enjoyable. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve now made a few visits/purchases to their showrooms and all the staff and Designers couldn’t have been more helpful and professional.
