Excellent PT

Richard was recommended to me by a fellow gym member and what a great recommendation. Richard has provided me with a simple to follow training programme, as well as great dietary advice. He is extremely knowledgeable and really helped me take my training to the next level. Highly recommended

5* in every way

Everything about Richards service is 5*, his personal training, his knowledge, his professionalism, his encouragement and his results! 💪 I have 1 session with Richard a week and train 4 more sessions alone. Each week and at every session, he builds on my programme and my confidence, the slightest of tweaks to my form and delivery making all the difference! I traded in alcohol and found a trainer for life! Couldn’t recommend anyone more if you want both a physical and mental transformation!

I really enjoy my PT sessions with…

I really enjoy my PT sessions with Richard, he is very friendly and professional. I’ve lost 5 kilograms since I started doing his meals and exercise plans. I definitely recommend Richard if you want to improve your health.

Brilliant PT

Brilliant PT, been with Richard 3 months now and lifting much heavier weights compared to day 1! I always feel pushed beyond my limits during the session and absolutely knackered by the end!

The best PT and Online Coach

The best PT and Online Coach!

I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym and working out until I started training with Richard!

Richard has an in-depth knowledge of everything health and fitness related and is always happy to help and advise. Richard has a degree in sports science which I think should be essential to become a trainer / coach!

Richard doesn’t put you on silly diets, he believes it’s all about balance which I really like! All my workouts are enjoyable!

Richard sets workouts, macros and puts up informational videos on his app. The app is easy to use and is a perfect way to track my progress!! I can upload my weight each day, progress pictures and the weights I use each session!

I can’t recommend Richard enough.

Richard has been a brilliant PT to work…

Richard has been a brilliant PT to work with during particularly difficult times due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The motivation and guidance is always readily available for when you need it and I would absolutely recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for a PT, which should be everyone!

It seems like there is now an endless…

It seems like there is now an endless choice of online coaches and personal trainers, claiming they can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Unfortunately it's difficult to know who to trust as many have little or no qualifications and will happily send you a generic plan for an upfront fee or monthly subscription. Its unlikely this will ever lead to the results you desire.

Thankfully Richard is an expert in his field and I can personally recommend him as he has been my personal trainer for the past 5 years. I train with Richard twice a week and he has developed a tailored plan for me which ensures my training and nutrition/diet remains on track even on the days we aren't training together.

The best!!

I have always struggled understanding a balanced diet whilst training whilst wanted to enjoy myself! Since training with Richard I have realised that I can still enjoy my food and go out to have fun whilst still being on plan! Couldn’t recommend him anymore!

RG FITNESS PT

Richard has been my PT since 2019 to help me get my back to full strength after a 10 hour spinal operation. Richard is very professional and very knowledgable in all aspects of fitness and training. Richard got me where i needed to be with my back to get it back to full strength and have done more. i have started doing more training and body building since my spinal surgery recovery and the results have been amazing i'm feeling a lot happier and more confident since training with Richard in and out of the gym. The 1 to 1 client work is exceptional and really enjoy the PT sessions with Richard. The access to the app is really good all progress pictures can be uploaded as well as tracking weight and ease of getting to the workout plans. Also if you have any questions or need any support Richard always gets back to you and will help you anyway he can with the info and knowledge he has. I can't highly recommend Richard enough if you are looking for a PT/Online Coach. Richard has become a good friend as well as being my PT.

Fantastic Personal Trainer.

Richard has been my PT for a few years now - with great results. Richard tailors a personal plan and really listens to your goals. He is a really lovely guy who knows his stuff and actually takes into account your life style too. He tailors the whole package - a training plan and dietary recommendations, you can have your pizza and eat it if you make up for it after 😉. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Amazing PT who got me into the best shape of my life.

I’ve worked with Rich for a number of years and he’s throughout that time he’s been a brilliant PT and a good mate. Very knowledgeable of fitness and health plus has a very solid background in physiology so can easily advise you on the best course of action for any little niggles or injuries you may have. Always been very motivating and my physique has massive improved in that time for which I’ll be eternally grateful.

Fantastic PT!!!

I signed up with Rick just to shift the weight gained over Christmas and get back on track. Rick has taken it to another level. During lockdown Rick put together workout plans I could do at home six days per week. During that time Rick monitored my progress and adjusted my macros to suit the goal I was hoping to achieve. I could see the progress I had made really quickly.
Now the gyms have opened the workout plans have intensified to incorporate the equipment in the gym.
Rick has been fantastic, he is there everyday for advice. He sends me little tips and ideas for food to fit my macro plan. If you are thinking of getting a PT then I can’t recommend Rick highly enough.
