Don't waste your time got paid nothing for my time cash out 70 only to get nothing at all

It took 7 months to reach cash out $50. I purchased 5 times. I waited 10 days for a PayPal link to send my email to get paid which should take only 5 days according to the message...I wrote support 3 times. They keep sending a response that I don't know what a new user tracking is...NOT WHAT I ASKED. Do your job in reading my problem AND SOLVE IT NOW. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY. Good thing I didn't waste money on the subscription of instant payment because a review says still waiting after 7 days(lie). God is watching your company. I did what you asked and you should honor your company advertising and return the favor. Your Richie Game app is taking up space on my phone. Complete waste of time on lies.

I love this app it’s good

So, I signed up fir Richie with the understanding that I would get free gift cards that can "quickly" turn into cash. Unless you're prepared for your Google play cards to be rejected when you go to use them, DO NOT PLAY.
I've been waiting over a week for my payout and don't feel that after all the time and effort I put in, after all the ads watched and after all the interrupted games, that I should have had to pay $15.00 just to get my cash out in a reasonable amount of time. If that's the case, why not offer to allow participants the opportunity to have ghat fee removed from the lowest cash out amount which is a ridiculously high 50 BUCKS? Y'all can do better. I had to buy medication or food and I chose meds not knowing that this would take so long. Also, throwing an ax in someone's face as soon as they open your app is not the best idea ever. And your little diddy about working on my payment is pretty shoddy at best. It really is more offensive than placating.

I've been waiting 3 weeks to be paid and still have not received payment for a $50 cash out to my PayPal. I put a lot of time and money into games with no return.

Finally got an app that honestly pays great job yall

All around scam you have to pay them first to be eligible for payouts make you wait months then they come up with bs excuses as to why they won't pay you don't waste your time with these scammers. If I could give no stars I would.

What made the game better was that the players were able to get their hands

I requested payment March 7th, it is now April 23 and I have no payment yet. There is no way to contact anyone for help or updates on your reward. I emailed them multiple times and have gotten no answer. I was able to cash out once last year but since then, nothing but issues. This is a scam. Won’t be using again.

⭐ Minimum redemption is $50
⭐ Most achievable tasks are between.10-$1 while there are higher ones they are much harder to achieve
⭐App auto launches after exiting any installed game app and pops up ad before points are given
⭐ Even when hitting end session the little pop up Richie game icon never disappears while in games.
⭐ From reviews it seems a lot of people haven't received their payments when actually hitting cash out threshold.

Still haven't received my $50 PayPal pay out it's been 10 business days

They give gift cards to help you along. This is the first game that did that!

As per my last conversation with Richie games, I can honestly say there's been no conversation because they do not get back to you even after three messages and two weeks of being late on pay their payments. My first trust pilot message was a rating of four stars for them and I hope that things will be tidied up within the weekend, between me and them. So far, two days short of 2 weeks, nothing has been handled professionally by them nor has it been taking care of by them yet I'm still waiting for my first payment. And to top it off to make people feel really good about Richie games, is that I purchased the $19.99 Richie Plus, so that I may get my payment faster immediately, was totally taken by them and yet no payments was received and that was a week ago big mistake I made getting burnt for another $19.99 ,as well as waiting for my $50 payment.

I live the games and the free Google Play cards, but i cashed out for $50 and it has been over a week. I have spent A LOT of time on this app and these games, I really want to see my $50 gift card on my emails immediately. I can't waste time on games that don't actually payout, so even though it's fun, I will leave the platform altogether. So the most can give right now is 2 1/2 stars, and the stars are for the free Google Play cards. But i am still waiting for my money.

The platform and the games are great. I am really enjoying it. However it is taking forever to recieve my payout.

I have more then enough coins to purchase a $50 PayPal card and I have made 7 purchases in block jam 3d, and it will still not let me make the purchase. It just keeps saying that I need to make 5 purchases in any game. my username is dsoty.
