Rich made it is a complete scam!
He took my money multiple times never completed the images or the music video I was promised made me wait over months and I still haven't received my project. Rich made it is a complete scam.

He took my money multiple times never completed the images or the music video I was promised made me wait over months and I still haven't received my project. Rich made it is a complete scam.
I paid this guy $400 for an AI video on January 23rd, now it's April 14th and he's no longer responding to my messages 😡
I paid for a video in November 2025. It was supposed to take 2 weeks and now it has been a 4 month wait. He used to respond to messages and give me dates to expect my video. Each date passed and no video. Eventually he stopped responding all together. I have been asking for a refund for 2 weeks but no response. I decided to dispute the charge through my bank. The representative told me that since the charge was paid using my account number and routing number instead of bank card they couldn't dispute it. The bank rep believes that Rich already knew that and that is why he didn't offer card payment. He blocks and deletes all negative comments to make it seem like he is a good business person. Watch out. I may have lost my money but don't lose yours.
I paid Rich Made It on December 22, 2025, for a custom AI video that he promised would be completed in two weeks. Instead, I spent the next two and a half months chasing five different false delivery dates. Every deadline passed with no product and no proactive communication — only excuses after I followed up.
At one point, he told me my project had been pushed to the back because he was paid $5,000 to create a video for Shaq. That was extremely unprofessional and confirmed that my project was never a priority.
When I finally requested a refund after months of delays, he told me he “doesn’t do refunds” but I could enroll in his AI training class instead. The audacity — I paid for a video, not a course, and after failing to deliver the original service, trying to upsell me into a class made no sense. The website provides no refund policy, business license and you will not receive a receipt. He told me the video is the receipt. I should have ran for the hills when he said that.
On top of that, there is no business license, no receipt, no refund policy, no dispute process, and no formal terms of service provided at any point. For someone selling digital services and training programs, this is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about legitimacy and accountability.
My biggest frustration wasn’t even the money — it was the two and a half months of my time completely wasted on a project that should have been delivered in two weeks, as he stated.
I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. I'm now working with Fiverr, where they have to make the deadline and will give you a refund if the contractual agreement is broken.
I paid $400 upfront for an AI music video after seeing the quality of work displayed on the company’s page. Once payment was made, I was given repeated assurances that the project was “almost done,” “a few hours away,” or “coming this week.” These promises continued for weeks with no final product ever delivered.
An early version was blamed on an assistant and described as substandard. I was told the creator would personally redo the project to meet the expected quality. Eventually I was sent another draft and asked to review the lip sync. I provided prompt, respectful feedback with only minor suggested adjustments and was told the updated version would be delivered shortly.
That final delivery never happened.
Instead, communication became increasingly brief and dismissive. No revised timeline was provided, no explanation was given, and there was no effort made to resolve the situation. When I eventually stated that I would have to move forward due to the continued non-delivery, the response I received was simply “move accordingly,” along with a suggestion to dispute the payment — before any apology or attempt to make things right.
The most concerning part of this experience was the pattern of repeated promises followed by no follow-through. Delays can happen in any creative business. However, accepting full payment while repeatedly promising delivery and ultimately failing to deliver the final product reflects very poor business practices.
As a business owner myself, I value professionalism, accountability, and honoring commitments. Unfortunately, none of those standards were reflected in this experience.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to think carefully before doing business here.
