I can’t recommend Rich enough. He is patient yet firm, has a great connection with the kids and fills them with such confidence. His gentle nature is perfect when working with kids. 5 out of 5!

Benjamin has loved learning the guitar with Rich. Very encouraging and being able to watch him perform has been brilliant.
Rich is very clear with his homework and the practice guides very easily understood.
As a parent, him learning decent songs, helps me encourage him to practice!!! ;-)

Since he re started his lessons he picks the guitar up on his own to practice and enjoys it.

My son age 5 loves his Ukulele lessons with Rich. He really enjoyed playing to the parents after school also. We are really happy with his progress and so pleased he is having a lot of fun whilst learning.

My daughter has been having lessons with Rich for just one term. Despite several being missed due to seasonal illness, she is coming along really well. She's motivated to practice and she's learning music she finds relatable and fun. That's a brilliant start and I hope to see her develop further throughout this year. Rich played during the ceremony of our wedding and was amazing.
Walking down the aisle to Rich playing one of my favourite songs will always be a treasured memory. Through his playing, Rich created an atmosphere of calm and beauty during the service.
Rich’s dependable and professional manner meant that he was always ready to help. From taking the time to learn a specific song for my walk down the aisle, to selecting songs for us using his knowledge of us as a couple, Rich went above and beyond to make sure that the music at our ceremony was perfect.
I would highly recommend Rich to anyone looking for a guitarist. He is an incredibly talented musician and does everything he can to make your event extra special!

Rich is the best music teacher I've ever had. He is kind, thoughtful and dedicated, always keen to explore the passion and creativity of the student. Thank you for being a great role model for me!

As a family we have enjoyed guitar lessons with Rich for almost ten years now. Very sad to be leaving the area and losing his relaxed, calm yet productive musical input. Mr McKee (Rich) has been our guitar teacher for over 1 year now and my brother and I ( aged 10 and 11 ) have managed to already get to grade 3 which we recently passed with a merit thanks to our teacher.
Rich makes guitar lessons extremely fun and they are filled with lots of time to learn and practice songs for enjoyment or as part of a grade. Rich has taught us lots and lots of different songs, riffs, pieces, different guitar styles e.g electrical guitar music, classical, acoustic, etc. He has taught different picking styles, chords, harmonies and lots of other cool things that aren’t always extremely hard to learn.
What’s also great about having Rich as a guitar teacher is that he is really nice, funny and cares about our progress with guitar and teaches us at home. I would definitely recommend him as a guitar teacher for any level or standard that you are ( a beginner, advanced,etc.)!

Rich is an amazing teacher. He genuinely cares about my progress, and is willing to go the extra mile. He is not afraid to push me, and it's these high expectations that guarantee progress. I could not recommend him enough.

Rich is amazing, patient and fun. My daughter enjoys learning guitar with him and he does a lot of popular songs to keep my daugther interested.

Rich is an amazing tutor, very thorough and very thoughtful when it comes to keeping you interested with your particular taste in music, a great guy with a great teaching style, keeps it fun and is great at finding ways to make you understand.

Rich had been teaching my 9 year old for around a year. She's struggled with previous teachers but his approach just seems to encourage her to get better. He's introduced her (and me) to some great songs and she is loving being able to play at home in front of friends and family. No hesitation at all in reconmending Rich.

Rich was very supportive and helpful teacher, and whom i have learned a lot from over the past year. I was sad to see him go, and wish him well in the future.

My son is 8 and has had lessons with Rich for a year or so now. He is fun and great with the kids. My son learns a lot and loves the incentives and rewards! Highly recommended 😊
