Average experience. Bought a new car from MG Richmond Bognor. It was easy to deal with the person. Arrange a collection on next day. Good staff and everything was nice. Just 3 star because, the car I bought was not being serviced or even cleaned from outside!!. It is because I've booked the car on Friday morning collect it on Saturday afternoon. Atleast I can expect the new car should be nice and cleaned. Anyway, I asked for PDI and battery health certificate. They even said I will get when I'll come back for service and then they never bother to give.
You'll only get a good service untill they sell you the vehicle. Once deal is done, they'll focus on other customers and you won't be their priority anymore.

Based on this experience I would recommend Richmond Motor Group and the Chery Tiggo 8 is an awesome car for the price.

This is my 2nd very negative review of Richmond Motors Bognor. They repaired a fault in early December 2025 and returned my car. But when the vehicle was returned the phone APP would not work or connect to the car. Eventually after a few emails, Richmond Motors Bognor collected my car to attemp to fix the problem on 22 January 2026. They could not fix the issue and advised that they needed advice from Genesis in Korea. I contacted them on 20 February to ask for an update and sent another email on 27 February. I got a reply on 3 March advising that they need the car back and woud arrange for a loan car. Now another week later I have again contacted them asking for an update with no reply. So it's now over three months since I first contacted Richmond Motors Bognor to advise them of the fault and I am still waiting - just NOT GOOD ENOUGH !!!!
