Rich Prize Casino have been a great one so far. The loyalty programme is fantastic with Daily Cash back and multiple rewards.
I have had no issues at all with deposits.
Withdrawals so far have been fine - quick and efficient. My first one was to a crypto wallet. The second I’ve requests is to a card / bank so I’m sure that will also be okay.
I’ve also lost money at this casino overall so I’m not writing a review just because I’ve won or got loads of bonuses.
This is a genuine casino with fantastic customer service thus far.

These people are predatory scumbags. Avoid like the plague. Multiple times I have tried to close my account due to my gambling issues becoming a real problem. I explained to them that I was about to lose my house because of these issues yet the account is still open. They’ve started asking for all my ID, bank card, proof of address etc again because apparently they need them to close my account?! I am already a fully verified player so this is obviously just stall tactics in the hope I’ll deposit more money. They are predatory scum. Not only that, the games have absolutely terrible RTP by my experience and there’s also a cap of £1500 a month on any withdrawals which in itself is laughable. These cowboys also operate from rp.casino and rich-prize.com. Do yourself a favour and play somewhere with a decent reputation. I dread to think what would have happened with these lot if I ever made a withdrawal.

My experience with richprize.
My initial relationship with richprize was a bit rocky. A technical error on a bonus led me to believing I had won thousands. This was unfortunately taken back and initially left me dissatisfied.
However, being in communication with the VIP team, specifically Julia and Victoria, gave me a level of customer support I have never experienced before with an online casino. They were with me through every question and frustration I experienced with the casino, even to the point where they were giving me live updates on my bonus wagering progression when I won money and wanted to withdraw!
Some parts of the casino are not perfect. It’s not the easiest to tell what bonuses are active, and in my experience the UI has been glitchy at times. But if you want a casino that has A+ customer support (within the very easily obtained VIP program), I would 100% recommend Richprize.
The other reviews likely have merit, and everyone has their own experiences, but when withdrawing, my request was processed less than 24 hours after submitting. I even got a text telling me it had landed in my account.
I would definitely recommend utilising the VIP program, and overall I have been very satisfied with Richprize as a casino.

There are emails every day and their "customer service" (which doesn't respond) won't delete the account. They don't have a license, so they don't follow the rules either.
