Absolutely disappointed with Rich Skxn. I was really excited to try the Rich Skxn body scrub, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. First off, the body scrub arrived looking like it had already been used, which was concerning. I informed the company send photos and demanded a refund. The texture was incredibly thick, almost like I was applying lard to my skin. It did not exfoliate at all or live up to any of its claims about scrubbing the skin. I expected a smooth and effective scrub, but instead, I got a heavy, greasy mess that did nothing for my skin. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend!

Terrible customer service. Their whole pricing is a complete rip off. They sell cerave products at an expensive price point not sure why that’s even on the site to be honest. I bought one of their body scrubs, it’s blocked my bathroom drain because the amount of shea butter is stupidly high and it doesn’t even scrub your body properly! They clearly haven’t tested their product properly. I posted a review on the scrub and they didn’t even publish it! Says it all really. Avoid this rubbish company. I’m about to hit unsubscribe on their mail and go else where for pigmented skin. Don’t waste your time.

The products are ok, but ill treating the employees is a really big problem. The company focuses on delegating tasks to India, where non-payment of salary is a big issue. Also abusive behaviour is very frequent. This is unacceptable to me, and customers should really think if they want to associate themselves with such an unethical company.

Also, the reviews on judge.me is moderated by the company itself and the bad reviews are deleted, thereby casting serious doubt on company ethics. Richskxn is nothing more than a second-hand retailer, and one is better off buying the product from somewhere else :)
