No product no tracking number no reply
I recently purchased a power bank on there website it would have arrived aprox 4 weeks ago but nothing as of yet not even the promise of a tracking number that was to me provided a few days after the purchase. I send a polite email at the beginning of the week enquiring to the status of the item, however no response. I’ve since sent another 2 emails one asking again on the status and another voicing my disappointment with there lack of reply. Last night and this morning I’ve call even though I know it’s out of there business hrs if feeling rather jibbed to say the lees. I’ll keep you all updated on the outcome but at this stage from my experience with them I would stay well away
