I am extremely dissatisfied with my…

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Riddermark Bil. Shortly after purchasing my car, a serious heating system fault appeared. I acted responsibly and had the issue diagnosed by a certified Volvo service center — an authorized workshop fully recognized by the manufacturer.
Despite this, Riddermark refused to handle my case.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that Riddermark themselves recommended that I purchase a 3‑year insurance from GarantiDirekt (package “Max”) at the time of sale. I followed their recommendation and trusted that this insurance would provide support if something went wrong.
However, when the fault occurred, Riddermark refused to accept the diagnosis from an authorized Volvo center and declined my claim without offering any real help or solution.
This behavior is not what I expect from a professional company.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Riddermark Bil.

We are sorry to read that you feel dissatisfied with how your case has been handled. We understand that situations like this can be frustrating.

To clarify, in order for us to proceed with a claim we need a diagnosis or documentation from a workshop that has been arranged through the correct process. In this case, we have not referred the vehicle to a workshop in connection with the claim and we have unfortunately not received any diagnostic documentation directly from a workshop. Without this required documentation we are not able to continue processing the case.

Our intention is always to handle matters in accordance with the applicable warranty or insurance terms and to ensure that claims are assessed based on the correct documentation.

Sold me a car that was faulty and refuse to have any part in fixing the car or taking it back 😞 I'm very disappointed and 50K in overdebt because of this

He was on time very kind and nice…

Luca( the car delivery driver)was on time, he and Linus( sales person) were very kind and nice and very helpful! I personally enjoyed talking to Luca and Linus although they were very professional in their job! I can say they were all the best

Eric handled my case and I am satisfied…

Eric handled my case and I am satisfied with the service. But if I was informed as soon as my claim was approved and the repair was authorised, then I could ask the workshop for a replacement car. My child is sick and I need a car for the time while my car will be in the workshop. Nor the workshop neither Riddermarkbil informed me that the repair was authorised and the workshop will keep my car over the weekend. I have now asked a replacement car to Riddermarkbil, did not receive any reply till now.

Biggest scammers

Biggest scammers. Be very careful. They are trying to trick you into paying more and the interest rate and the installments will be more expensive. Not an honest dealer. Full of lies and scamming.
