I recently sold my car to Riddermark and also bought another one from them. While I wanted both processes — selling and buying — to feel like one seamless transaction, it turned out that different people handled each part. The experience selling my car wasn’t as smooth as I hoped, as there wasn’t much personal contact or communication during that part.
However, buying my new car through Ivar was truly excellent. Everything felt clear, smooth, and professional. Despite all the paperwork involved (contracts, reservation deposit, delivery, etc.), I always felt informed and reassured at every step.

What really stood out was the convenience: everything was done from home. They picked up the car I sold and delivered the new car I chose online — all within 48 hours. A big thank you to Ivar for his patience, helpfulness, and for making the buying experience so positive! 5 starts for you!

Hi, I bought a used car from Riddermark and very soon observed some issue in the same. As I also took the warranty from Riddermark, they helped me with the problem via VW workshop. Hence, I will always recommend to take warranty on the car when buying it from Riddermark.

Everything was sorted within two days. I was offered the right price without any fuss or last-minute negotiations for every penny. That’s exactly how it should be — both the seller and buyer agreeing on a fair deal. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this seller!

Köpte en bil av dem med set vinterdäck, vid tiden för bil Pick up däck fanns inte där. de lovade att leverera den nästa dag... nästa dag kommer och berättar lögner, vi ska skicka det om en och en halv timme... sedan gick nästa dag och vecka och berättade lögner har skickats men har inget spårningsnummer. två veckor går totalt ignorera. inget svar i mail försvinner...bara sött snack tills du köper det efter 0 kundtjänst och försöker lura bara för några tusen kronor. eftersom däck på kontrakt och på billån tar det längre! skulle inte rekommendera att köpa av dem, tänk bara hur hjälpsamma de skulle vara om det är något fel på en bil.. värsta upplevelsen någonsin.

Bought a car from them with set of Winter tyres, at the time of car Pick up tyres was not there. they promised to deliver it next day... next day come telling lies we about to send it in hour and half... then next day and week passed telling lies been sent but dont have any tracking number . two weeks pass total ignore. no answer in email disappear...only sweet talk until you buy it after 0 customer service and try to scam just for few thousand kroner. since tyres on contract and on car loan will take it further! would not recommend buying from them just imagine how helpful they would be if there is something wrong with a car.. worst experience ever.

It's not possible to give less stars then 1 so that is more then enough. I bought xc60 inscription in June Ywd... that had so many problems like that water pump was not working so they send me to car workshop and they fixed it . After some time car started a weird noise while rotating steeringwheel. They send it with broken bumper from front side.I went to fix dragkrok for the car and the guy who tried to fix it he said the car have water leakage in backside. He said I cannot fix dragkrok because of leakage. After all the things I sold car back to riddermark for 275000 and I bought for 289000+15000 with car garanti for 5 years . But unfortunately I sold it after just 6 months to them and lost like 35000. Will never buy or recommend them to someone.
