For me, the gloves from Ninjaz are the best on the market. maybe a bit expensive, but on blackfriday you can make a good deal;) quality and design are definitely excellent!

Crazy good quality
Did not know the brand but saw David Rinaldo riding them so I gave the gloves a try. I was not disappointed. Really good quality and the grip with these is just bonkers. Probably getting the goggles as well for the season next year.
